I recently had the Geek Squad from Best Buy install my Arlo security cameras, and the experience was fantastic. The team was efficient and professional, completing the installation quickly and without any issues. They were in and out, leaving me with a fully functional security system. Highly recommend their services!

The agent installed the cameras well. The install included solar panels to recharge the cameras. I have to change the location of the solar panels as they were not picking up the sun despite the installer's prediction. They were not charging the cameras at all. I tried contacting the agent and his manager without success.

I was scheduling an installation appointment by phone. I could not remember my Best Buy password. I just barely know how to use my phone, let alone my computer. Sparing you all the details it took along time and several tries to set a new password while the appointment agent waited on the phone. He stayed on the line and encouraged me to continue until I finally managed to set a new password. THEN I ACCIDENTALLY HUNG UP ON HIM. He immediately called back and we finished making the installation appointment. I was so glad he had so much patience with my ineptitude. He refused to give up on me and go to his next customer. He said "we'll get it no matter how long it takes." Maybe I will learn technology eventually, but for now I appreciate people who try to help me accomplish things on my phone and computer. P.S> I apologize to anyone who may have been kept on hold while I bumbled through my task.

Mounting was OK and getting the camera on the iPhone was done but was not adequately (or slowly) explained to us. We more or less got a done deal. In particular, we did not understand that we needed to charge the battery for 4 hours! He told us but did not demonstrate how to remove and replace the battery. We still do not know, but suspect that 2 batteries can be put into the camera.

Install was great. Cameras have a great picture. Battery life sucks!!! I was told 2 to 6 months depending on how much the camera is set off, which makes perfect sense to me. Installers told me 2 weeks depending on how much they are activated. After one week a camera that has only been activated once is almost dead. Solar panels dont help much, esp if your looking to not have to change out the batteries. A week in the batteries are at half charge.

The agent mounted my camera solar panels without a problem. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and interacted with us during the installation. Great customer service.

COLE was excellent he knew exactly what he was doing. Walked us through what we needed to do. Wrote everything down for us to use the system. Could not have asked for a better technician

This camera never fails! It provides clear videos and I love that I can turn the lights off and on. The Geek Squad made installation sooo easy!

Th agents installed my cameras, connected them to the app and the Echo devices in my home, and then showed us how to optimize the system settings. They agents worked efficiently, but took the time to listen to our input.

The Geek Squad called and offered my installation a day earlier than scheduled. They could have waited but they put the customer first. Installation and setup was quick and professionally done.

Camera installed with no issues. The battery wasn't fully charged, though, so I already have to replace/recharge the battery now after only a week.
