Travis and Brad were super helpful in replacing/installing my Ring camera which stopped working. They were very professional and courteous in answering my many questions. I greatly appreciated their exellent customer service.

You asked be to be available from 7 am to 7 pm. That is a day's off from work for me. You did not have the product and You did not call. I called once in the morning to see if you could narrow the wait time; got someone offshore. No help. I called back around 4pm; got someone who told me that you did not have the product to installed. He said that they had called in the morning to tell me they had no product. He must have called the wrong number because the call was not on my phone. Another date was set. I was given a 4-hour wait-time window. You overcharged me for the installation by $125.00. I pay to about $200.00/year for the Geek Squad installation and product warranty. I received no instructions on opening the garage door. I ordered your product so I could have packages delivered to my house. I can't do it using your product. I also went to your store and complained about this matter. I will discontinue the $200.00 dollars I am spending with you to install and waranty products I buy from you. I will not buy any in the future from you.

The technician installed the camera quickly and efficiently. It works great.

The agents repaired a difficult complex Nest Camera/Thermostat wifi connect issue. It is a complex process if you lose connection with your Google account. The Geek Squad Team came through in spectacular fashion reconnecting my Nest system.

What a life saver. The Geek Squad came to our rescue. They installed outdoor flood light/camera, Blink doorbell and indoor mini camera. They were courteous and efficient. We are so happy to have this service.

Agent was great in mounting it. But the in service people really didn't understand that I needed the camera to see outside of apartment door. Its not serving the purpose

I have a Ring wireless camera in the backyard as I face an open field. It’s very secure and even warns people that they’re getting recorded if they get too close. It records everything! I’m very happy with it.

The agent connected my security system and Ring cameras. Although, they left the outside wire hanging.

Camera still doesn’t work. And battery life stinks.

A piece of the camera fell off when he was here. He put it back up but it fell off again and I don't like this for appearance sake. I think the appearance of two geek squad trucks was the most helpful of every thing. The neighbors guilty of vandalizing my home were thankfully home that day and are thus aware of the camera. Their knowledge was superb and they were open to questions but they too assumed I would know everything. Their needs to be more education provided with these tech devices. I am very thankful that he determined doorbell wouldn't work and thus didn't install.
