Omar & Raul were very professional and knowledgeable installing our Ring doorbell and camera at our front door. I would recommend them together or individually and request them specifically for any further Geek Squad needs.

The agents repaired a difficult complex Nest Camera/Thermostat wifi connect issue. It is a complex process if you lose connection with your Google account. The Geek Squad Team came through in spectacular fashion reconnecting my Nest system.

What a life saver. The Geek Squad came to our rescue. They installed outdoor flood light/camera, Blink doorbell and indoor mini camera. They were courteous and efficient. We are so happy to have this service.

I have a Ring wireless camera in the backyard as I face an open field. It’s very secure and even warns people that they’re getting recorded if they get too close. It records everything! I’m very happy with it.

The Geek surveyed the areas to install the cameras and where to place the internet boosters. Work was completed in a timely fashion and there was no muss or mess in any area.I have used Geek Squad for all electronics for many years and would not call anyone else.

The Agent never confirmed batteries were charged before installing on April 28, 2023. Lost connection 10 days later. I removed the camera, charged the battery, then replaced the camera, but the connection didn't resume, because the Agent never completed linking them to the base station.

Works good for a door but doesn’t pick up until you are close. Wish it would pick up further away

The techs were professional and very helpful. Wish they had better explained how the Blink App works.

Great price and hopefully quality. Its a I don’t think the system can upgrade to more than 8 cameras but if 8 is what you need then this is a good system connected with wires.
