The technicians had trouble putting up the cameras and took more than two hours. They left one of my front cameras out there exposed to the weather, it makes my house look bad, and when I called them to come to fix it the technician said that it's the camera. I looked at the one on the back and it can be maneuvered. I paid over $400 dollars to get them installed and I regret paying so much for this service. The pictures show how the cameras can be changed in angle.

Gets the job done. Good quality but not the best. Motion sensor is very good. Install was quick and easy, the guys even did me a solid and rescheduled when I didn’t have internet set up yet.

Geek squad did a good job installing all the cameras but I’m not happy with the RING cameras they are too dependent with the internet; missed recordings, huge gaps and yearly subscriptions…

Tried to set it correctly. But the hardware needs looking at. Will take it into the store. Had many help us from Best Buy. Used online help and when that did not work, had agents come to the house. Computer needs to be taken into the store.

The technician checked my Ring Cameras to ensure they worked and hung the solar panels as requested. He also helped with placing my EEROs to get the best wi-fi connection.

I would recommend Geek Squad for any installation. We had 6 cameras and solar panels installed around our house. The Agent was very attentive to my instructions based on our particular installation need.

They hung the cameras up where I asked, but were not able to to get into the app to see how to get them focused. I called the company that did the work and the gave me 25. oo back . The guys that were doing the work were very pleasant but could not complete the work. I ended up calling the company that makes the camera and they walked me through the process instead. A waste of $120.00 and very disappointing. I felt that I should have been at least 1/2 of the cost.
