The agent mounted my Ring key door device along with 3 spotlight cameras and 3 solar panels. He provided excellent service. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Also hands on experience on how to use devices

The installer mounted all cameras and connected them to the hub. They also installed the app on my phone which works great. They answered all my question to my satisfaction.

These cameras do some lagging. Should hv option of zooming. A lot of times the camera doesent pick up motion at your door til there walking away

The worst service ever. Two handymen came to install my wireless cameras with solar panels. One of them dropped a camera from the top of my garage door. Luckily the camera was still on working order. This was just the beginning of the horror! The handymen told my solar panel plugs are not compatible with my cameras and suggested I replace solar panels from best buy. They asked me to contact geek sqaud again to reschdule the installation of the panels once I have the compatible panels. Once they left, I rechecked my panels and realized that the solar panels did have the correct USB-C plug which they failed to see. I immediately texted one of the handmen (who was on charge) but received no response. I called him several times after that but he never picked up my call. Later I contacted the geek sqaud service on phone and I was transferred to different departments 4 times and was kept on hold for more than an hour. I had to explain the same story to each of the agents separately and finally someone told she will send the same team to my home for solar panel installation. However, she said she could not schedule the service due to unavailability of the slots and she escalated the issue to her team and I will receive a call from the team within 24-48 hours. However, 5 days have passed and no one from Geek Squad contacted me. I then reached out to the geek squad online chat service and was initially told that a service will be scheduled at my property, however, later, they came up with the same story and said no slot was avaialble! They again asked me to wait and told some one from the team will call me! It's just going back to the same loop again and again and I literally feel my time is not respected here. I paid more than $350 to get their service and unfortunately, I find myself at the receiving end of their never ending joke! I wish there was a zero or negative star rating available for their service.

we have had numerous Geek Squad technicians performing services in our home. Installation of our home theater which is included the TV, stereo system, and all necessary components. They have worked on multiple computers and have never ever ever let us down.

I'm a Total Tech Member, the technition came out and installed my camera over my garage. Works fantastic and the light is bright.
