    The camera was installed correctly but then went off line and cannot be corrected until the installer can come out and get the code for the router

    The squad got my arlo cameras working. Just to note they cannot go up on the ladders so cameras have to be mounted within reach

    The gentlemen who came to the house were fantastic. Called when they were on their way and were respectful and extremely helpful. Installed my products and social distanced with masks the entire time. Excellent service

    Was charged for installation that was never made. The Geek Squad was supposed to return the battery operated Cameras back to the store. Have been charged for the returned cameras and installation that never took place.

    For the first time the Geek Squad outsourced the installation. Horrible service. Made 4 appointments and didn’t show up nor call. Whoever selected this process should be fired I installed myself
