Geek Squad arranged an appointment for me to install-reset my Arlo security system. Work was completed and system in operation in very little time.

Had quite a bit of trouble getting this scheduled and waited all day on 3 separate days for someone to show up only to find out they canceled my order. It would have been nice if someone could have actually let me know no one was going to show up. Finally, on the 4th day, they assigned to a contractor that did a pretty good job. I'd actually give the guys that came out on 4th try a higher rating & the initial 3 trys a no star rating.

Chimes all the time, at every motion, every cat and even says there’s a person there when there’s nothing. It’sa lie that you don’t have to pay for service, because none of the motion or smart features work unless you have a membership. Disappointed

Staff friendly and helpful. They are there until job is complete. The staff was knowledgeable about the product.

Two of the three camera's I had installed are not working with the solar panels. I need another trip to see if we can get the set up correctly so they can get more sun.

Bought a brand new light camera and solar panel, had it instaled and it will not chage the battery with panel facing south.
