The Wizard of Oz looks amazing in 4k. The picture is a step up from the standard blu ray. Definitely a must for steelbook collectors.

Who has not seen The Wizard of Oz, right? Picked this one in 4K up because we had $5 to spend that was expiring that day! Guess what? The 4K version is just like all the others. It has all the same characters, same Yellow Brick Road, same witches, same dream, same Horse of a Different Color, just in 4K!

Waited to add this to my collection and glad I did. Purchased on sale. This movie includes a 4K, Blu-ray and digital copy. Winning!

What a fantastic movie.they just can’t make movies like this anymore. I will never get tried watching this movie. Nice steelbook

This is a pretty good Blu-ray of the old Wizard of Oz. The picture is pretty clear. The sound is good. The only problem is that Best Buy got it wrong about this being the 75th Anniversary edition. This disc was produced the year before, so 74th year. I have seen the cover of the 75th Anniversary edition and it states on the cover that it is the 75th Anniversary. This copy does not state anywhere that it is the 75th Anniversary edition.

When I saw this came out on 4K, I instantly bought it. So great to have this gem in 4K.

This is a fantastic re-mastering of a timeless classic movie that my wife loves! Unbelievable picture clarity and color impact.

It's a classic and something that will never get old. If you haven't seen it...what are you waiting for? Practically perfect.

Looks fantastic for being over 80 years old. Glad to see they spent a good amount of time to restore smd didn't rush it out.

Like I sure others have stated, this is the best The Wizard of Oz has ever looked. The 4K transfer was exceptionally done.

Haven't watched it yet but it's always been a favorite movie of mine. Was told it would play as a regular dvd so fingers crossed

My daughter had never seen this movie and it was on sale, so I decided to buy it for her. I hadn't seen it in decades and didn't think that she would like it with all the high tech movies she is used to watching. I was wrong. We watched it together and it was still a awesome movie watching experience. She liked it and it was as good as I remembered when I watched 30 years ago.

I love the older movies. This classic was brought back to life via blue ray. The picture is vivid and the details are awesome.

This new 4K version of the Wizard of Oz looks like the film was shot yesterday. Must own for any new generation of fans

Hats off to MGM/Warner for the ultimate home theatre version of this truly classic movie. Excellent picture and sound!

There's only so much you can improve on an old film. The 4K can't improve on the Blu-ray. In fact on the 70th anniversary Blu-ray the titles are actually better than on the 4K. However, all of the special features and extras with the 80th anniversary 4K made it worth the purchase.

They went all out when releasing this to 4K. The Wizard of Oz has never looked better. And I love the steelbook case.

I bought this movie for my wife Rasha. I grew up watching it in TV it's the first time I've ever seen it without commercials. I've loved it since I can remember but to share it with my sweet wife Rasha. That's really the best thing. Yes it's a great movie and I'd recommend this to all my friends and even strangers. Bring on the fling monkeys.....lol
