    The Wizard of OZ is a classic story (Frank L. Baum) and film that I have known since I was a child. My old VHS finally gave out and so I bought the DVD. This was one of the first color pictures in 1939 and the story stands the test of time quite well. Of course the actors are all from the Golden Age of Hollywood: Judy Garland, Frank Morgan, Ray Bolger, Bert Lahr, Jack Haley, Billie Burke, Margaret Hamilton, Charley Grapewin, and The Munchkins. The DVD includes Special Features: Commentary by Historian John Fricke with the Film's Cast and Crew, Sing-Along Feature, and other features.

    If you've seen it than you know it's either a classic film or a kid's movie, or both. If you haven't seen it, I think you'd be better off seeing it on TV or Streaming it first before you give it a purchase.
