Great BluRay, the only issue I have is not with the product, but with BestBuy. BestBuy's stickers/price tag ruins the outer sleeve, leaving an adhesive residue or ripping it. I am an avid collector of BluRay's and DVD's and have opted to purchase them elsewhere at times because of this reason. I would prefer to purchase them from BestBuy and hope they correct this issue soon.

Beautiful high-resolution classic! If you've always loved this movie, don't pass up seeing it in Blu-ray resolution. So vivid and sharp! And comes with excellent bonus footage!

The quality is stunning in Bluray. So happy to share this with my children as it was always a favorite (even watching it in broadcast SD in the '70s). Got the disk on sale which made it even better and was able to order on line and pick up at the store. The price in the store was higher than the online special price, but the store honored the web price.

From watching it annually on TV as a child to know being able to experience it as if I were actually there in OZ. .I would definitely recommended to all who have 3D systems to add to their collection. And those who don't yet purchase for a reason to change to 3D set-up.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. Her mother loved the Wizard of Oz. After her passing my mom has been saying she wanted to buy the DVD but never did! When I saw this go on sale I knew it would make the perfect gift. It is a class movie that never gets old! Great for the whole family on a movie night! Love the 75th edition packaging as well!

My daughters and I were going to see Wicked on Broadway and I realized they had not seen the original. So many other movies, books, TV shows, etc. reference it (e.g. the Oreo guards from Wreck It Ralph) that it is a must see for every kid. Blu-ray is the only way to watch it and thankfully Best Buy had it in stock so I could pick it up in time.

Even though this is a 75 year old movie that was not filmed with 3D in mind, the technicians did a great job with the 2D to 3D transformation. Not much needs to be said about the movie itself. It is the same one you've seen dozens of times by now, and yes, it still never gets old. But seeing it in 3D is a revelation. Well worth the purchase price.

This is a timeless classic. My 3 1/2 year-old saw it once… And just had to see it over and over… And over and over… We had an old DVD version of it and when I mean old I mean scratched and it would skip parts of the movie… So we found it at Best Buy and for a great price as well… It was a great find and a great movie…

If you’re a fan of this movie — and really, who isn’t? — then you owe it to yourself to get this outstanding steel book. The 4K presentation is breathtakingly gorgeous, doing justice to the already gorgeous movie. Highly recommended.

it is a beautiful movie and a sad movie once you know it's background and more about the people in it. The anniversary ed gives you more info...., but I think it is best to just watch the movie

If you're old enough to remember "Tonight's regularly scheduled program has been canceled to bring you this special presentation of ... 'The Wizard of Oz'," it still feels like that. And if you are too young to remember, watch this film! Not only will "Wicked" make more sense to you, you'll have watched one of the top films of all time.

I saw this movie when I was a child and lived it since them. I took my children to go and see it when they brought it to the big screen in the 80's and now as a grandmother, I bought this movie for each of my children so they and my grandchildren can see it any time they wish. I also bought one for me and in 3D it looks like I'm in the movie too

The "Wizard Of Oz" has always been one of my favorite movies. The story line, acting, and the filming have been done so well. This 75th Anniversary Edition will be a treasure in my movie collection. I am glad it was offered in the 3d Blu Ray format as well. This edition will replace my original dvd. I highly recommend this movie for everyone.

What else can you say about a classic? Blu-ray brings out all the vibrant colors of this movie, especially Emerald City and the Yellow Brick Road. Clarity of all the characters makes this movie even more enjoyable. Fun for the whole family. Recommended for all ages, little ones might be afraid of the witch scene if very impressionable.

The picture quality is great even for it being such an old film. It goes without saying that this film is a classic and I'm glad that this classic is on 4k. This for sure a great film to add to your 4k film collection.

This is a true classic. I loved introducing my children to The Wizard of Oz, and now I have the pleasure of introducing my grandchildren to it. Yes, it is a product of its time, filmed on a sound stage, but that takes nothing away from the music and the characters we've loved for so long. Highly recommended!

The wizard of Oz never looked or sounded better. They really took their time and did a great restoration of the film classic must haves in any collection and the steel book is beautiful and any collector would want it and their collection.

A must have classic! DVD was nice, but now on Blu-Ray 3-D ... WITH ULTRAVIOLET, TOO! There's something comforting in knowing this classic will be around and enjoyed for endless generations to come! Extra content is superb, too. From family to movie enthusiasts, no video library would be complete without this one!

I have not watched this classic for many years, but found myself as if this was a new movie just released. The 3D made it feel fresh with lively colors and layered depth. Anyone who is an OZ fan and owns a 3D TV should definitely add this remasterd 3D movie to their list! Nuff Said!

Wow... The work that was done to complete this picture in 3D is astounding! The care taken with the separation is so good, I'll have trouble going back to the original. When we were kids, you didn't notice the horizon line of the sets going to the flat painted walls of the soundstage. Now, they're virtually nonexistent!
