Second, the store notified me three days prior to my pick-up time that the product arrived at the store and then at 5pm the day I was supposed to pick it up I was notified it was delayed. I got my product almost two weeks later. The only explanation was that sometimes their inventory is incorrect. This was the second time in a month the same thing happened. The first time it was delayed I tried to get the product shipped but customer service couldn't figure out how. I then tried to pick it up at a different store but was told they actually didn't have that product but a similar item. Frustrated, I took the refund, which took exactly ten days, and reordered. I didn't think it would possibly happen twice in a row. The day I expected to get refunded for the second purchase I received the notification that the product was ready to be picked up. Online ordering experience was less than desirable.
