Never Again

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product for my nephews birthday come to find out from his dad that the item was tampered with because the dice were missing and the cards were resealed. You have to look closely but can tell the cards were opened and resealed again. I tried going to customer service and explaining that I had no idea the item was opened because why would I not trust a big company to sell a product that shouldn’t be opened? They said sales are final and can’t do anything about it. This was a gift for my nephew why would I need to open it in front of them to prove that I’m not lying? I understand it’s cards but come on some help would have been nice. Now I have to purchase another one from a different vender with $60 down the drain.
