We purchased this convection microwave oven after years of satisfaction with a Sub Zero refrigerator freezer. So far it's been used to reheat coffee, roast several different batches of vegetables, and make popcorn. It's done a great job on all of them. This is a replacement for a GE convection microwave which we had for many years. It was the closest fit for that built in and is more powerful, 900watt vs 700watt. For a small household, I think this gets heavy use, as I use it a lot for cooking and reheating. The only issue we've had is that the latch is stiff, requiring a lot more pressure than other convection microwaves and microwave ovens we've used. Closing is very easy and we're not sure if this stiffness will lose up over time.
