With her own storyline, it was better and more focused than Wonder Woman with Superman/Batman.

This movie is proof that DC can still make good movies. It is far from perfect, it definitely has its fair share of plot holes (such as how have the Amazons kept up with the outside world enough to understand modern English, yet are completely unaware of firearms, how does Diana learn how to block bullets with her bracers after only seeing firearms once, why does a movie that promotes strong independent women reduce Dr. Poison to a mere pawn of Ares who only created her best works because Ares was whispering the ideas into her ear), but what the movie does right, it does REALLY right. The No Man's Land scene rightfully deserves to go down in history as one of the best executed war movie scenes of all times, Gal Gadot is an inspired choice to cast as Wonder Woman, Ares is one of the most compelling villains in a super hero comic movie (mainly because he is honest, not a single thing he says is untrue), and let's be blunt, it is about time that World War I is treated as something other than the forgotten prequel to World War II.

Bought this item because I enjoyed the movie and it was a great price at time of purchase.

The story and character building in this movie are remarkable. I want more superhero films like this. I think it's sad that we have to go all the way back to the early 1900's to talk about morals, but I appreciate it when it's done well. I'd say if you loved the first Captain America movie, you will LOVE this as well. Gal Gadot does a fantastic job and so does Chris Pine. You just don't want this movie to ever come to an end because of how enjoyable it is. This movie will touch your heart and inspire the best in you. I also have to mention that the violence is tastefully handled.

The character Wonder Woman was launched by DC Comics in 1941. Now, over 75 years later, the character comes to life in a big screen extravaganza. A great film all around. A little slow at the start, but with plenty of action following, as Wonder Woman (Gal Godot), leaves the world of Amazons and enters the world of humans during World War I (on the side of the British of course). Her first few days in London are witty and fun. Then she enters the War with the hopes of tracking down and killing Ares, who has taken human form and is at the bottom of all military evil. Give it a watch!

One of DC’s best life action films, beautiful art work on the packaging and decent transfer

Probably the most important decision for buying a movie for me is if it's a movie that can be watched multiple times. Most movies that come out are great once, but the ending spoils everything and it's not worth watching ever again. They make it all about reaching the conclusion without actually making the whole journey exciting. This movie does not do that. Without spoiling it, they do maintain most Hollywood tropes, but the entertainment factor remains. That, plus the strong female lead that made this popular in theatres, means its a great flick for other people.

Like the movie except the ending fight is over the top and almost ruins the movie.

With the availability of 3D movies on Blu-Ray going down, it's nice that Warner Brothers is still giving 3D TV owners what they want! Many people, like myself, still want the 3D versions as a choice because we like to experience it just like how we saw it the movie theaters! Good movie, 3D is okay, but Warner Brothers don't have slipcovers for their 3D movies nowadays! The only way you'll get a 3D Blu-Ray slipcover is when you buy their Best Buy exclusive version! The regular 3D version is nice too but you don't get the playing cards or the cardboard slipcover!

I was skeptical of this movie being a HUGE HUGE Lynda Carter fan, boy was I wrong! I recommend this to every and anyone. I ALWAYS hate,,,hate,,,HATE movies with social messages in them but NOT THIS ONE. You don't realize it till later that this movie empowers women! The "Damsel in distress" is saved by the SUPER POWERFUL BUTT KICKING woman! My 7 year old niece LOVED the Old Batgirl from the 60's TV show. After she saw this, she fell in LOVE with Wonder Woman because, according to her "See Zio, us girls don't need you boys to help save us, we can do it ourselves!" REMEMBER she's 7

Good entertainment for the whole family, This is my daughters favorite avengers movie

The moment I saw this available for pre-order, I bought it. I own the original, "cartoon" drawing version that came out with the initial release. I wasn't really all that fond of that one. The ones they made for BvS, Man of Steel and Justice League were all drawn by Jim Lee and looked amazing, the Wonder Woman one however did not look as great. I've wanted to replace it for some time. This was a perfect replacement for it!! It looks wonderful, nice matte finish, very classy; major upgrade from the first release. Would definitely recommend it!

Loved this movie, Saw it in the theater and was really impressed the way they handled the story telling and brought this long overdue character to the Big Screen. Gal Gadot the actress who plays the iconic character Wonder Woman did a fantastic job. Box Office sales surpassed expectations and a sequel will no doubt be in the works. Those interested in this character can also find her first appearance in Batman v Superman the Dawn of Justice. Wonder Woman is also in the feature film Justice League which is currently in theaters at the time of this review: Dec 2017

I’m a big fan of the television series and although I enjoyed Wonfer Woman’s strengths I feel like I was always wanting more or that there was another kissing element or something may have been edited out. I may opt for the unedited version and see. Otherwise- action packed and they did a decent job with my favorite dark haired heroine.

One of the better DC movies that was done. Gal Gadot shines and does a good job.

This is by far the best of the DC hero movies to come out since Man of Steel rebooted the DC Universe. Since Man of Steel they have added Batman Vs Superman, Suicide Squad, and now Wonder Woman and Justice League and this one stands out as the best. Best origin, best connecting arc and best updated storyline. Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman and Chris Pine reminds us why he continues to get work, playing Steve Trevor here. See WW “born” watch her during a world war and see where she fits in to the storyline that gives us Justice League! Highly recommended!

I should have purchased this last year, but glad I got it the 2nd time around.

Wonder Woman is an awesome movie and Gal Gadot does a fantastic job as Wonder Woman! This is my favorite DC movie since 2008’s The Dark Knight. The action scenes are both fun and powerful. The story is interesting and is sprinkled with feminism. But it is done tastefully and without throwing it in your face the whole time. Overall the whole film comes together to make a delicious treat that only comes around once in awhile and should be shared with all. I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys superhero movies or just action movies in general. 5 out of 5 stars.
