3 stars only do to the fact the fan has very bright indicator lights you can not turn off. The lights are so bright it's like having a night light on in total darkness.

This Woozoo fan is a very good, compact oscillating fan. It is very quiet at lower speeds and barely audible at medium speeds. At higher speeds, it gets a bit loud and sounds course. However, it is still quieter than many other comparably sized fans I've used. The remote is easy to use. I'm not a huge fan of bubble buttons though. The fan has 5 speeds. Even on low, there is a decent amount of air moved. I will use this when sleeping. Using the highest setting will move a lot of air considering its compact size. There is a "breeze" mode that changes speeds automatically to give the sensation of a natural breeze. It seems to work well, and I will use it in the future. The fan oscillates Left-Right or Up-Down. It also has a full oscillation mode where it does both. To position the fan, you need to use the motors. You cannot move the fan manually without damaging the motor(s). The fan also has a time that can be set for 1, 2 or 4 hours. Nothing in between, more or less My main issue is I wish I could set the up-down oscillating range of motion. It goes from straight ahead to almost straight up. I don't need my fan pointing towards the ceiling. I wish I could set the range of motion so that upwards motion could be limited. This is especially annoying in full oscillation mode. The fan looks like it comes apart easy enough for cleaning. However, you do need to use a screwdriver to get the front grill off. It would be better if it was toolless. Especially at this price. All in all, I like this product for what it is. It's got some nice features and I like the idea of being able to control the fan with a remote while sleeping. In my mind, it should be a little less expensive but based on the competition and recent inflation, it's not a totally unreasonable. However, I would wait for it to go on sale.

Great product for my daughter’s dorm rooms. I bought again because my son loved it.

This is a pleasantly aesthetic looking fan. With the ability to rotate not only left and right but up and down as well. The unit itself is compact, lightweight and probably the strongest fan of this size that I have personally ever used. Positives about this fan: Includes a remote control (for fan speed, timer, oscillation direction, on/off) The fan is very lightweight and compact, fitting into small spaces is a breeze The airflow from this unit is outstanding, especially for how small it is Oscillates up,down & left,right 5 Fan speeds Auto off timer (setting for either 1, 2 or 4 hours) The unit is pretty quiet, especially on lower speeds 1 through 3 were the most quiet with speed 1 being almost silent; there were times i had to double check if it was running or not because it was so quiet. Cons nothing really stood out as bad, the unit ran flawlessly, was easy to understand and use Overall I really like this fan. It's definitely more powerful than it looks, and that is a good thing.

Have missing bitlocker recovery key problem. Two people told me that my data could be downloaded and saved. Two told me it couldn't. It Couldn't. The drive had to be wiped clean. However I was told that D: drive could be saved. If so, that is beneficial and made me glad to buy their tech service
