With summer approaching, many homes and offices will start to warm up. Many people will look for fans to help stay cool. With that in mind, the WOOZOO Compact Globe Oscillating Fan may be just the fan you are looking for. Out of the box, this fan is ready to go. The biggest thought will be where to place it. You just need to plug the roughly 6-foot cord into the power outlet and find a place to set the 9-inch diameter circular base down. Turn it on and enjoy. The fan does come with its own remote control. I did find that I liked the remote control better. You can control normal function with the fan from the base. You can turn it on/off, set the speed, activate/stop the oscillation left/right, and set the timer for 1,2, or 4 hours. The remote though allowed me to activate and stop oscillation both left/right and up/down. This means I could find a spot where I could perfectly freeze the fan in a position I wanted. For the performance of the fan, I loved it. I have not had a fan this size that was able to cool off an area quite as well as this one. The five speeds allow you to use the fan in a close quarters environment on low to working for an average sized room on high. The fan was also surprisingly quiet. I slept with the fan on, and I could hardly hear it. I also used it during video calls without disruption. The fan worked very well. In the end, I very much like the WOOZOO Compact Globe Oscillating Fan. If I had a slight complaint about the fan, I wish the base functions were a little more intuitive. My concern over time is that the small remote control could get lost, and I won’t be able to control the up/down function of the fan as well. In the end though, the fan is fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a stylish and functional compact fan.

I love my WOOZOO fan. It is quiet and really reaches the entire room! The remote control is an added bonus. I have since bought 2 more of these for different rooms!

Fan was super quiet unless you turn it on the highest set. The wind was super powerful and cool which helped a lot during the summer season of college when dorms don’t have any AC.

Bought for use in a Dorm with no air conditioning and did a good job in nearly 100 degree weather of providing some needed relief.
