That being said, the return policy is HORRIBLE! Apparently, it is 2 weeks - from the order date, not even the delivery date for a refund. This was purchased as a gift so I was a few days late. Mind you, I could have purchased this on Amazon cheaper & would have had zero return issues but I wanted to support Best Buy. Store manager - not helpful. Customer service rep & manager - not helpful (and that was after 45 minutes of waiting on hold). Never again.

It goes right through cardboard, those hard to open plastic clam shell cases. I Highly Recommend purchasing at least 1, it makes a great gift, my Father Loves it!

I find it hard to get the cutter started. It is hard to get the cardboard beween the guard and the blade. It works better on straight pieces.

Not much vibration, fairly lightweight, not much noise. It does the job! Bought it as deal of the day at half the list price.

I also use it to open things in the pressed plastic, no more cutting my fingers on sharp edges.
