I get a ton of Amazon deliveries and thought this would help make quick work of cutting up the boxes. It works well, maybe slightly less effort but not really any quicker than a utility knife imo.

If you're cutting heavy stuff - like carpeting - it's die after a shorter period. Gotta be very careful you don't bend feed ramp; if so, getting blade realigned is tough. This model didn't come with a spare blade (unlike other brand of same model I have). But this thing cuts cardboard like it's slicing through paper. Great for slicing recycling cardboard so you can get more on the curb than just bent up and stacked.
