DVD was shipped promptly and was in AOK condition. The movie was excellent and kept my neices and nephews enthralled the entire movie - even the adults enjoyed the movie. The children wanted to watch it again immediately after it finished. The packaging was intact, the return slip was available if needed and the price was clearly printed on the paperwork. I was very pleased with the process of ordering and receiving my DVD. I will make future purchases on-line.

Disney Animation had done it again after Tangled with this unique take on the lives of Video Game Arcade Characters. Dont be fooled by the lavish game play effect of Video Games as you may never know what goes behind this character after the Arcade Closes. A very well built plot and excellent actor voice over. John C Reilly is awesome as Ralph. add Skrillex's background EDM tune this movie is awesome!

The original story was awesome. I don't see a reason for a sequel. Guess that's what making money does for you. Anyways, it wasn't bad and it wasn't great either. It was just okay. I'd recommend this for the kid at heart kind of thing.

Wonderful steelbook with blu-ray, 4k and digital copy. Perfect way to collect/display your favorite film. I hope Best Buy keeps these steelbooks coming. Only complaint is that I wish manufacturing quality was more consistent, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a copy with a spine cut or chipped paint.

It's a great buy especially on sale now for $20. Other than that it is a love letter to video games old and new, an interesting and original plot, memorable characters, and funny jokes. The special features are a great bonus, a look at how they made it, deleted scenes, and fun video game commercials. A little pricey for being an older movie but nonetheless a great buy.

Note: I have not checked out the bonus features. Wreck-It Ralph was a movie that could have been awful. Catering to the gaming audience in a kids movie? However, while it didn't go as far as it could have, this ended up being a success. Wreck-It Ralph was a sympathetic bad guy, and the inclusion of decades worth of video game characters (can't imagine what the licensing costs were for Bowser!) made sure there was something there for everyone.

The plot of the movie is creative, and Disney finds ways to make life inside an arcade game its own unique experience. Half the fun may be lost to younger viewers, though. The challenge for we, the first bonafide gamer generation, is to look carefully at the surrounding characters and see how many you can identify from classic arcade games. Even so, there are a few plot ideas that don't wash. The chief being that "unplugging" a video game, or any computer, will wipe out the memory content (aka. the game and its characters). Moreover, while the point is stressed that characters who die outside their respective games won't regenerate, that doesn't seem to stop the "unplugged" characters (i.e. Q-bert) from making a new home in another game. Still, it's a good, well-acted film. I truly enjoy it.

A great movie. I personally got the steel book version after returning the regular 4K release for this movie. I like the cover art for the regular 4K release a lot more than the steel book. I did wish I did not return the 4K regular release movie for the steel book version. Other than that, great movie and I highly recommend it.

Love this movie! Right up there with the Toy Story franchise. For gamers that love the classic arcade/video games, this movie will have you remembering some your favorites. Movie gives you the idea of “what could happen” behind the scenes when the games aren’t played. Found two more favorite characters, Ralph and Vanellope.

This movie was one of my nephews favorite movies. We must of have watched this movie at least fifty times within a month. He was blown away with this 4k version. This is a great option for anyone who is a fan of this movie and wants to watch it at its best in terms of picture and sound quality.

I adore this movie, and the short, Paperman, is the best one yet. I bought the Blu-ray expecting great extras but was pretty disappointed. The menus are awesome, with an animation of the Fix It Felix game complete with video game music. I sat for a while just watching that. But there is just one making-of feature that focuses only on the making of the three major worlds in the movie. Granted, it was interesting, but there's nothing about plot and character, and no background on the wonderful music or amazing voice actors. There is also no commentary track. In short: they skimped. I'd still recommend buying the movie, as even people who don't play or even "get" video games can enjoy it. (Case in point, my mom.) But maybe go for the normal DVD. The Blu-ray may not be worth the extra cost.

I think John c Reilly is hilarious and has range. Here he gets to lead and show some extra dynamics to his character. It’s a fun movie with a fun follow up. The old school gamer will like the old game references and the kids will like the fast paced fun action.

Wreck-It Ralph is by far my favorite movie and I'm 35 years old. While this movie is very entertaining for children, it also contains a significant amount of playful humor for adults. Anyone that grew up with an Atari or an 8-bit video game system will appreciate the numerous video game references and cameos. Finally, the great story, visuals, and music make this a movie you will want to watch many times.

A game about video games that doesn't feel insulting to other gamers and works for families. Plus for better or worse it's without a doubt one of the better if not, the best video game movie to ever come out. Partially due to it respecting it's characters, which is amazing in any family film, and wide range of voice actors used. Only downgrade is the blu ray is light on extras if you're interested in that sort of thing.

We all know about Wreck It Ralph and the 4k looks great, but what I want to talk about it the steelbook. I really love the design of this steelbook from the arcade cabinet cover to the 8 bit shots on the inside to the just awesome looking embossed air vent and coin slots on the back. I really love this steelbook, you will not regret this purchase!

Absolutely loved the art style concept used for the 4K/Blu-ray/Digital version of Wreck-It Ralph. It's one of my favorite recent Disney Movies released in the past 10 years. The Arcade Style 8 Bit look they used for the exterior and interior design is beautiful and definitely worth getting especially if you're a collector of DVDs or Disney Movies.

OK so the usual tropes are here, anti-hero, longing to be more then what we are, carving our own path in life, dealing with the uncertainties of change and the struggle of everyday mundane work life. However its all wonderfully packed into vibrant worlds, likable characters and cameos from some of Video gaming's most memorable characters

The sequel was kind of garbage which is too bad because this movie is great! One of my favorite Disney movies and definitely one of their best since the glory days in the 90s. The blu-ray is sharp and colorful and the steelbook case is very unique. Glad I was able to pick this one up for cheap.

Wreck it Ralph is mine and my families favorite movie. I already own the 3D Blu-ray but when I heard Disney was releasing the 4K version of the movie I knew I had to get a copy and I knew it would be from Best Buy because of the quality of their steelbook cases. The 4K picture is great and the case is just as sharp as well.

Grab those quarters and get on the Sugar Rush ribbon highway to fun and climb the leaderboard with Wreck-It Ralph!! Equally entertaining for both kids and parents old enough to catch the references, Wreck-It Ralph is a clever, colorful adventure built on familiar themes and joyful nostalgia.
