This is truly and epic collection of matches and the story behind the Ultimate Warrior will bring a tear to any hardcore fans eye! I loved the in depth storytelling and the true story of the man behind the war paint! This dvd I found to be a must own for any fan of the history of WWE Superstars and/or the Ultimate Warrior but in short, I found the overall packaged and marketed collection of disc content truly a great value, especially with the hard to find matches that were offered on the disc's!

I was greatly anticipating this truer version of the Ultimate Warrior's WWF/E career after the hatchet job of the "Self-Destruction" DVD. Let me just say that it was great that they rectified it, worked with the man and told a good story. The Ultimate Warrior will always be one of my favorites, politics aside. And I am glad he got his moment in the sun before his passing. Sadly, I bought this almost to the hour of his death. So with this, the RAW speech and the great documentary about the Warrior that aired on the WWE Network, it was almost like seeing his eulogy scrolled out in real-time. Godspeed, Warrior..may Valhalla be prepared for your entry into their sacred land...

Before his untimely passing, Warrior made amends with the WWE in the form of a Hall of Fame induction and production of this dvd. As many remember, a few years ago, WWE produced a scathing Warrior dvd that really disrespected his legacy. All of his major matches are on here minus his match vs. Savage at SummerSlam '92 (really good match) and his WCW match vs. Hogan (really bad match). Warrior himself briefly describes what his career was like at the given time before most matches and segments. Warrior was more style than substance, but that is not to say that there aren't some real gems on here against the likes of Hogan, Savage, Rude and DiBiase. Fans of this era of the WWF should enjoy this set. During the late 80's and early 90's, Hogan, Savage and Warrior ruled the WWF, and Warrior has finally gotten the recognition he truly deserves. Extras on the Blu-Ray only.

The documentary portion of this release was done very well, we get the Warriors take on his careers. I'm not sure if some of you will remember the previous release titled "The Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior" which was primarily used to place a blemish on the iconic persona many of us have grown up with, but this rights those wrongs. As with Warriors untimely passing, this compilation/documentary couldn't have come at a better time.

2005's The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior DVD was controversial in that it outright buried the Warrior for the most part. In Ultimate Warrior: The Ultimate Collection it allowed Warrior to tell his side of his career. It was also great they were able to work together on this project just before his passing this past April. Though I would've preferred if it'd been a documentary & then matches rather than brief clips of Warrior talking followed by a match. All in all if you were an Ultimate Warrior fan I recommend this DVD set highly.

this is a must for any Warrior fan that wants to see his career retrospective. It was great to go back through time and see the Ultimate Warrior grow from a chiropractor in training into one of the most interesting characters ever done by WWE. He was a polarizing figure in the ring and in the locker room. This is a look at some of his best matches, interviews, and what he went through in the business over his entire career. It was good to see Warrior one last time telling his story before his passing.

This is the true compilation that WWE failed to release the first time for the Ultimate Warrior. It totally makes up for the Self-Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior. From Warrior's own perspective, we finally hear the perspective on his wrestling career. A must own for any fans of the Ultimate Warrior, WWF/E and pro wrestling.

A great collection hosted by the Ultimate Warrior himself. He has a lot to say, and there are a lot of great matches. I'm just surprised that he didn't talk more about the real reasons he left the WWE each of the three times. But still a good set to have, and I'm glad I got the Blu-ray version because it includes some extra matches and segments.

This was night and day from the DVD that came out years ago, the Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior. They made this with respect and was true to what the Warrior was really about and the impact he had on professional wrestling. The WWE production team always puts out incredible work and this is no different. RIP Warrior.

The life and times of Mr. Jim Hellwig now known as The Ultimate Warrior. Officially. From the Blade Runners with Steve Borden to his singles career as Ultimate Warrior. Just about everything is included in this collection. Most notably his matches from beginning to end. Awesome set.

I cant believe warrior died :/ I bought this blu ray the day it came out and can say that it is def worth it. Moreso now. The interviews with jim are good but theres so much content here that I havent seen before that I quite enjoyed. All in all a very good set on wwes part.

I am a huge Ultimate Warrior fan! This biography is a collection of the best fights of his career and his story of his reign in the WWF now WWE. If you want to get a glimpse into the life of the most exciting wrestler in the last 20 years, buy this DVD collection!

A must-own for all wrestling fans, especially all of the Ultimate Warrior fans out there. His interviews before his matches are a great watch and listen. R.I.P. Warrior. You are missed by all of your fans, including this life-long Ultimate Warrior fan.

This disc is a must have for Warrior fans. Released shortly before his death, this collection shows the Warrior's story in a true sense. The matches are fantastic, and Warrior speaking is now just as priceless as ever. I have watched it twice already.

Amazing story. It was nice to finally hear the story of Warrior (Jim Helwig) from his point of view. Also, most of the matches in the set are taped from Superstars and house shows that were never aired before which makes it an amazing purchase.

This is the Warrior documentary that does justice to his career. Every Warrior fan must own this, especially with his unfortunate and tragic passing only one day after his first appearance on Raw since 1996. Own this; you won't regret it!

Warrior wanted his side of the story to be told, the truth, and he got it before he passed. Comprehensive Blu ray. Wish some of his few friends (e.g. the Undertaker) could have chimed in, but overall great purchase.

This dvd has hours and hours of old video of the Ultimate Warrior. It includes most of his most famous matches. A great buy for anyone that wants to real live their childhood of watching the WWF.

Ultimate Warrior was my favorite wrestler growing up, it was great to go back and relive his matches and the memories I had attached to them. Great documentary of his career. RIP Warrior

the blu ray is good. But they could have put way more matches on here. Each blu ray can hold up to nine hours on each one. WWE has so many other good matches they could have put on here.
