Needed a solution for a temporary internet issue and this worked great. Set up was easy and it was easy to load with data

Had my internet go down and a wait of a week before scheduled technician to come and fix. My house is connected in every possible way from lawn mower to vacuum. So my house is basically dead without internet access. This hotspot helped save some sanity by buying a 100gb card to load on it. It has all day battery capacity, gets decent signal for my location, and did all that it promised to do. Everything was easy to connect as if connecting to any WiFi. I had no problem connecting from over 2000sq ft away. Negatives are the price of data for what you get. For me it was just a bandaid until my internet was back up as 100gb doesn't last me 3 days so in an emergency backup it was okay as I could hold off major updates to save bandwidth but wouldn't be for me long term as it would cost me several hundred a month.

I have several more expensive devices similar to this from Netgear and InSeego. When my devices were left behind on a job I grabbed this to fill in. It doesnt have all the features as the others but it worked as a wifi hotspot, data was just as fast and the account was easy to set up and renew when I needed to.

Simple mobile is a good srtvice but they only allow hotspot plans up to 40gb, i do alot of pc gaming on the road and cant have a router. I needed more like a 4 TB plan but its very fast and reliable, worth buying for business not for gaming (unless your games dont ever need updates and are installed already)

I didn’t appreciate this item as it was not unlocked and I don’t have Verizon network where I wanted to use it.The shop assistant had no information on the hotspot if it was locked because he told me that it is inlocked.

Easy to activate, works great in our house that has metal roof, plus we are way in the country.

I bought this mobile wifi so I can have it for my school work whenever I can't have internet. It has serve its purpose very much and beyond. Sometimes you must be careful in using certain Wifi connection. Having this mobile Wifi serves just for me and no one else.

Item is durable an easy to use. Did not work at all for me. I do live in a desolate area.

Best Buy sold me a brick. Can’t be activated and Best Buy can’t fix it. Return window closed, so I’m out $50.

It was horrible I couldn't get wifi connection. I repeated talk with customer service through chat to no resolve.

First if all its a locked device to a carrier that locks good customer care services .
