Best buy has awful customer service
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy customer service is awful. Best Buy shipped the wrong items. I had to drive to UPS drop off and return. Best Buy received the return items but will not provide credit for 7-10 days. Customer service acts like they don’t care and claim they have return policy to follow. Quickly gets you off the phone so they don’t have to deal with you. Just awful.
