I like how the movie went back to the Villain start and explain him for young audience and flash forward to the past to continue the understanding or Prof X qnd MAGNETO relationship. Now this was my first 4K movie and truth is I may have issues watching regular blue rays.

We are X-Men fans and love a good Marvel (or DC) comics movie to just chill out and have some mindless fun. We love the rebooted line-up and this one is as good or better than the last one. Make sure you get Blu-Ray or 4k as DVD's just don't show all the effects as well.

If you want an amazing 3D experience including visuals and sound, look no further. The movie and its story is one of the weaker ones and not as good as the last movie. It's worth the purchase to watch Olivia Mann as Psylocke though.

The special effects, plot lines and action in this movie by far has been one of the must see entries in the series. The characters are equally adaptable to the comics and the lead up to the next installment gives excitement to a series that was fading. See for yourself!

Movie has been reviewed a ton so i'll focus on the steelbook. Has good clean design, image in nice and clear. A lot of people question why someone would want steelbook. They are better quality and in more limited numbers then plain bllu-ray case. Happy with purchase.

As the X-Men saga continues, this episode continues when the X-Men are not fully organized. There is the usual squaring off of good vs evil with the mighty Apocalypse heading the bad guys. Magnetos sad life is explained. The final climatic scene is really spectacular.

This would have been a really good movie if Jennifer Lawrence wasn't in it. This was a good back story to fill in some of the spots between the prequel and first X-Men but the whole Mystique a good guy thing was far fetched.

The thing I really liked about this movie was seeing the origins of mutants - but I kind of think it's a bummer how the story ended. I think it needed more - like a cliffhanger. Still a good movie. Check it out.

This was a good installment to continue building on the start of the Xmen. Logan is there and you get taken back a bit when he shows up. You are left waiting for the next movie by the end, can't wait! They just need to bring about a few more characters as they go along.

I thoroughly enjoy the X-men franchise, even from the original movies and any subsequent spin offs. This particular movie seems to fall a bit short as compared to the rest. Not that it was bad, just not as good as the others.

It's decent, but it doesn't deliver the way I was hoping for. Simply tired of origin story's in this universe. Singer needs to wrap up this franchise and let someone else give it a go now or hand the rights. Ack over to Disney/MCU

The movie received a lot of negative press and reviews but it is actually a good popcorn flick if you go into it with the right mindset. The story won't blow you away but the effects and visuals are great. Fantastic looking in 4K

There are two discs included, a bluray and dvd, which is cool because my friend only has dvd player and wanted to watch the movie, so I could lend it out and still have the bluray to watch it myself at home. As to the actual movie, it was really fun and action packed.

Watching this movie I didn't know what to completely expect. It had a good amount of action with a few slow parts. There were some characters in the movie that didn't do anything, but they may just be a preview for the next one.

I wish they expand more on Apocalypse character back story. So much stuff to know. I wish it was in two parts or three. But still a great movie. Good pacing, great action. love the crazy quicksilver saving people at mansion scene.

I purchased this movie to check out the video/audio quality from a 4K TV and Xbox One S. The quality does not disappoint. It is FAR superior than 1080p. If you own a 4K TV and 4K player, watching movies in 4K is a MUST. Also, being a X-men fan, this is a great movie!

Even though this movie wasn't everything it could have been, it was still decent, and the best xmen to date. I wish they'd have made this storyline a 2 or 3 parter, there is plenty of source material, but what's here doesn't suck.

I like the rebooted X-Men franchise. Each film brings on new and returning characters. Fassbender is one of my favorites. Quicksilver is back and gets more screen time, which was a disappointment from Days of Future Past. Plus, I really enjoy the younger Nightcrawler. Love the 80s era. Only downside for me with this reboot is the focus of Jennifer Lawrence's Mystique being in the center. I was fine with the character in First Class but since, she's become a negative with each film. Beyond that, I liked the film and I'm curious to see where they go with this franchise as the X-Men are a rare team of characters that I do like from Marvel.

Good closing Chapter to the trilogy. Apocalypse is a big character to take on and this movie does it alright. Still wish they would have done the 4 horsemen better and had Cable in it, but there is only so much time in a movie.
