Disappointing outing from a franchise that doesn't know when to embrace it's earlier films and when to move on. The new XMen (Nightcrawler, Cyclops, and Marvel Girl) are great additions who don't get enough play, because the filmmakers can't let go of Xavier and Magneto as the leads. Needed way more character development. A shame, lots of potential and wellcast.

A good popcorn superhero movie, however not as good as the first two in the series. Worth a watch though.

They could of done a lot better on the plot. If you watched Honest Trailers is pretty much what they say.

Good story line blinding multiple back stories that are easy to grasp and enjoy without prior knowledge.

Average as far as Xmen movies go. Some cool moments and scenes, but nothing like Days of Future Past...

I will have to admit it was better watching it a second time plenty of action and not to bad movie plot.

I had high hopes for this one but I ended up slightly disappointed. Good beginning and a generic ending.

4k transfer looks great and HDR is one of the best I've seen. Movie was just alright though.

Its an alright movie being a comic book fan, was expecting more, apocalypse was lame. It was watchable.

Marginal film; definitely not as entertaining as First Class (which is my favorite X-men film to date).

Not the best movie in the series and my favorite scene involves quick silver. Special effects are good.

The movie itself was OK. There was lots of action, but it didn't follow the comic book very well.

The reboot of the X-men movies, for the most part has been pretty good, but this 3rd film was a disappointment for me. I didn't like Apocolypse or how they made him look. The story was weak and very little character development for storm and psylocke. I really hope Fox will one day give up the rights to The X-men license. It needs to be in the hands of Marvel.

Not that Apocalypse could have ever been done justice....still, fans need a complete collection!

But it is ok. Ultimately, this is a pretty average film that becomes somewhat predictable throughout.

Definitely not one of my favorite of the most recent movie releases. but its okay for an x-men movie
