i really enjoy x-men apocalypse an it was outstanding

I would have to disagree with the other reviewer, when he/she stated that it was a good movie. In my opinion, it was decent for what it's worth, nothing I would go ragging on about. I'm only considering picking it up because I own all the rest of collection and its going to be in 3D. The story is good, but apocalypse character is not. If your looking for the apocalypse from the comics, then you will be sorely disappointed. It's pretty sad that the last couple movies from x-men series have been less than stellar, but it is what it is. I would only recommend this movie for collectors like myself, but to anyone on else, just pass on it.

I enjoyed the X-Men franchise for the first 3 or 4 installations, but I don't care for the newer ones. Purchased "Apocalypse" at a special discounted price, and likely will never watch it a second time.

I don't like Bryan Singer's take on the X-Men franchise. Storyline is 5/10. Has some cool visual effects. But the evil character Apocalypse looks like Dr. Ooze from Power Rangers haha

Bryan singer messes up x men movies and does not go off the source material very well. that being said Apocolypse should have looked more like his comic book character, there needed to be more battle scenes against the horsemen and Archangel falls too quickly. They didn't even mention him as ArchAngel. They also did not mention Jubilee's name even though she is featured prominatly. I just don 't like Bryan Singer's interpretation of the Xmen. Need a new director

First half of the movie is really rough. Second half has tons of great action, but the story could use some more work.

The last movies in this series are not to good, kind of going down hill.

Wasn't the best movie I have ever seen but it was still worth watching

Quicksilver and Weapon X are the highlights of the film.

I actually found the movie offensive. Apacalypse claiming to be GOD. And is in the end defeated......that sucked! I watched it on my HDR equipped tv on my xbox one s..... Quality was really not any better than blu ray. Wish I could return this sucker!!!

I bought this blu ray/dvd combo and played it in my Samsung Home Theater blu ray (that I have never had a problem playing a disc...and I have over 600 movies) and it wouldn't play. I returned it and got another one thinking it was a defective disk. The next one did the same thing. It stops playing after 10 seconds. Did some research and found out Fox has changed their disks lately to prevent copying. Not very happy about this. I have all of the X Men movies but I guess I won't have this one. Taking it back to get a refund.
