This movie is good but could have been better. It doesn't really stick to the source material but what comic book movie does? Overall it is a pretty good installment to the series and a good reintroduction to characters we thought we already knew.

When I saw this movie in the theaters, it left me with some questions, like, why did I let my kids drink so much soda and I have to miss parts of the movie. The movie was a good time, plenty of action, and some humor to keep things light and fresh.

This movie looks so good on my Big screen HDTV. What got my eye are the scenes in the beginning,when during the ancient time They are trying to transfer the spirit into Oscar Isaac body. The new Storm is no Hallie Berry, But she has promise. The scenes of the Speedster guy with the Eurythmics music playing was too cool.

While the franchise is a hit and miss depending on the plot and story, the people picked to play the characters has been top notch. The only issue I had was with the long padded scene with Quicksilver and the academy (a very similar scene in DOFP).

I have watched countless super hero / mutant movies, over the years, and this genre still works for me. The special effects are outstanding AGAIN and the movie has a pretty good vibe. This blu ray now joins my 'flock' of films to be viewed AGAIN.

Good movie that took some liberties with the original comic (most likely due to licensing issues). The movie is heavy on special effects, even more so than most super hero movies. Overall, the quality of the special effects were really well done.

This movie does a goo job of living up to the x-men franchise. It suggests the beginnings of some of the x-men characters and could be laying the foundation for other spin off characters similar to what has been done with the Wolverine series?

Okay, this is already the fourth superhero film we have gotten so far this year. The fact that it's this good blows my mind, it's the sixth entry in the main X-Men series, and it might be the third best after X2 and Days of Future Past. I really interested watching this movie and cant wait till the next one comes out.

Good movie but over the top. Several Xmen in this movie are simply too powerful, so thats what I mean by over the top. But I still liked it. Great Special Effects. Bottom line is if you liked the other Xmen movies, you should like this one too.

It is worth watch just to keep up. But I find that as this alternate time line rolls on the characters get cluttered up. I understand to restart but why the character list is long and there are many more x-men that a movie could be made about.

While the first trilogy was an interesting start into the world of the X-Men, it had its issues. Since the "reboot" happened with First Class and Days of Future Past though, things are looking up for the X-Men movie series. Apocalypse was a fun romp with the mutants, and should be enjoyed by all fans of this team.

As an avid Marvel comics fan and reader of the original books, I was pleasantly pleased and disappointed at the same time. I know there will always be creative license when creating new movies. I still enjoyed it and added it to my collection!

I had read some reviews of the movie since it came out and they suggested it was very good. I bought it because it was on sale and decided to give it a chance. I was very happy with it, just as I've been with the two that have come before it.

I was apprehensive at first to see apocalypse portrayed in cinema but overall the story line was one of the better to come out of the X-Men series. I actually enjoyed this better then Civil War (as both were in the theatre at the same time).

Mediocre is certainly disappointing after how fun and good Days of Future Past was, but there is nothing wrong with this movie. It has fun parts, it has thrilling parts, and it has what you expect from an X-Men movie and that is JUST FINE!

The villains lips... are huge. This film is ok. After the EXCELLENT "Days of Future Past" this film was a let down. Still fun and definitely worth watching, especially if you're a comic book fan. Not as bad as critics made it out to be.

Of ALL 7 of the X-men movies, Apocalypse is HANDS DOWN THE BEST right along with Origins: Wolverine. It is filled with unbelievable and jaws dropping special effects! The studio and producers really have outdone themselves... I highly recommend it!! I also own the 4K format ...which is EVEN MORE SPECTACULAR!!

I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the movie up until the end. We all want to see the bad guy get his, but having kids end Apocalypse was wrong and the method could have been better. Other than that the movie can be watched again.

This was a great movie in the latest X-men trilogy. Was it perfect? No, but it was entertaining. We finally get to see Apocalypse on the big screen along with younger versions of your favorite mutants. I can't wait for the next movie!!!

This movie fits well with the new batch of Xmen movies. I wish they would do more with Wolverine in these (except for Days of Future Past)- he keeps having cameos, so it's weird that they haven't done more with him. Enjoyed the movie though. Loved the addition of the new characters and the 80's refernces.
