The Apocalypse (and Angel) costumes left wanting for something more resembling of the original character comic costumes. In addition, his powers are so much greater than portrayed. The movie did not do Apocalypse justice and it felt like he was just another lame foe trying to get through and to a slow immenent anti-climactic end. It was entertaining but lacked in comic character representation and familiarity.

Classic X-Men villain, Apocalypse, makes his cinematic debut. The character falls a little short of my expectations from the comic book and animated series, to me. Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy are great again as Magneto and Professor X. It was a joy to see Olivia Munn bring Psylocke do the screen. I hope that we will see her again, and fighting alongside with the X-Men in the future.

Loved it. Filled with thrill and excitement. But not as great as the other xmen parts especially the first one

The whole timeline thing is a bit confusing, and I'm personally content with the original films, but this is still entertaining.

I've always liked the x men movies, and the last three including this one are a lot of fun. Great picture and sound on blu ray.

If you follow the X-Men movies, you will absolutely love this one. It is by far the best yet. Everything is incredible… Special effects, cinematography, sound, plot, acting, etc.

Not the best X-Men movie, but if you care about these characters and have been following for a long time, you will enjoy it.

I would definitely recommend adding this movie to your DVD collection especially if you're into superhero movies like this guy.

Probably the weakest in the young xmen franchise but still a good movie despite apocalypse not looking anything like the comics

Great movie! Tells about how some of the folks developed their relationships in the earlier movies that, in the characters lives, come chronologically later.

movie was excellent at theater, so buying this movie at the great price best buy had it on black Friday was awesome. best price for your movie and great customer service.

It's not so bad. X-men movies are always worth watching them. They will keep you entertain until the end. We really liked it.

We have enjoyed watching the X-Men movies and this particular chapter is no exception to the rest of them. It is full of action he has great characters and we liked the ending.

What can I say ... Marvel rules. Each movie release is better than the last. Other than the X-Men 3 release, a very strong series. Remember the 3rd movie is always the weakest.

This was a great 3rd film with the new XMen cast. You can feel the work they put into the plot and screenplay. Just as great as the first two. Glad to have it in our collection.

Loved this movie but could have been a classic fav with a few minor alterations. But definitely four star caliber nonetheless.

After watching it a second time, it all pulled together. Not my favorite x-men movie, but still worth adding to the collection
