I have generally liked this reboot of the X-Men movie universe, but this one was lacking in a few areas. The drop off from X-Men: Days of Future Past is quite stark. This isn't a terrible movie, but I just hope the next installment is better.

this one if not for the first one was the less fun.

I was extremely excited to see this movie. I was interested to see how the addition of Apocalypse would be approached and the development of other characters. Unfortunately, I felt like this movie couldn't live up to my expectations.

Starts out interesting but fall flat afterwards. New actors for old characters taking over the franchise. I think it was wrong choice of actor for the character of Apocalypse. Not enough character development.

Unfortunately this movie pales in comparison to its predecessors. I wanted to love it bc I'm a huge X-men fan, but it's just not that good. The last 20 mins are pretty exciting, but not enough to make up for the other 2 hrs.

After the DoFP's incredible outing, this was a let down. There is some great action and good performances, but the plot leaves a lot to be desired and the villain is underwhelming for those familiar with the comics.

The fall off of X-Men movies continues, story is terrible but at least it introduced some cool new mutants. Apocalypse looks horrible though.

After two very good films in the X-Men franchise reboot, Apocalypse can't been seen as anything other than a failure. Completely wastes Isaac as the film's titular villain.

The trailers for this film didn't entice me to watch in the theaters. After buying it on Bluray I am happy I have the continuation of the story but I am done with xmen movies in the theater.

Lots of questionable decisions made in this adventure. Character motivations seem lacking as well as development. Certainly not the Apocalypse comic and 90s cartoon were expecting.

Not as good as I hoped. Was expecting more but the X-men franchise has been rebooted and probably needs to be rebooted again. Own it if you feel you need to complete your collection.

I have enjoyed most of the X-Men movies that have released lately, but i feel like this should have been called "J-Law and her X-Men." It focused entirely too much on her.

I was disappointed with Marvel over this flick. They threw in characters with no history or current ties to the more popular movies they have been putting out. Weak.

this movie was absolute trash, the main villian was much more intense in the comics, this fell way short. Only a few rebooted characters were even worth screen time.
