I really enjoyed the backstories of characters, particularly that of young Storm, a streetrat in Africa just wanting to be a celebrity, like her idol Mystique. Really shows the depth of Magneto's anguish after his family dies.

I must say it felt like watching it for the first time the graphics on UHD are phenomenal I really wish that everyone could experience this thing however your months buy a Sony UHD player but trust me it is well worth the money

As a movie it works. It's a blockbuster quality in spectacle. However the material is loose and common. That's the bad part of it. Otherwise, in X-men movies terms, its an awesome sequel that gives you more of the favorite parts of the movies that came before. In comic book terms, it does the bare minimun to be proper. Apocalypse is my favorite villain in the comics, he is grand and THE true threat in their universe. In the movie, he simply is. I enjoyed the logic of escalation in the plot, been where it committed itself to be and then ending with enough of a bang.

The customer service has always been so great at best buy i have a really hard time buying anything from somewhere else. The movie is great and the price was what overall had me buy this from Best Buy

The X-men face a foe that's lived thousand years and more powerful than most of the heroes. You get see how Storm and some others join the X-men. A battle for the record books. A great X-men movie.

Apocalypse is a mindless action movie with barely any character development. It does have a great return of Quicksilver, at least. The way Magneto was portrayed in this movie is due to awful writing, even though Michael Fassbender is a great actor he doesn't have much to work with in this script despite being amazing in First Class and Days of Future Past. Oh well. Come for the action, but don't expect the story to live up to most of the other X-Men films. The only thing I can say is that it looks cool and at least it isn't as bad as Origins or The Last Stand.

If you have the other X-Men movies you will probably want to add this to your collection. It is a continuing story of the X-Men in their younger days I purchased the 3D version and was happy with it.

Nothing like incredibly talented actors to take on the dangers of the world. These comical book heroes, X-men, are inherently flawed so the acting brings vulnerability in between the action scenes.

Well made movie, great for an evening's family entertainment. The movie covers a wide range of perspectives, from teen growth to more complex storyline's for the adult. Weaves together well.

Not the best X-Men movie but definitely not the worst. It's kind of a conclusion to the First Class trilogy. If you like the other X-Men movies you should know what to expect and like this one too.

Nice to see Fox focusing on the mutants of Marvel Universe, but storyline is somewhat inconsistent in this movie. As a result, the closing is not as strong as the way movie opened. Good acting tho.

I cannot keep away from any of the X-men movies, they are always awesome. The visuals are spot on most of the time and the stories never seem to drift far from the origins. Keep up the good work.

The film is a bit of a step down from the stellar "Days of Future Past", but is very fast paced and fun. It also looks gorgeous on Blu-ray, and looks great in 3D with a lot of eye popping visuals.

Standalone movie, it was ok. As the 3rd movie of the 'Beginnings' trilogy, this is my least favorite. Not so much anything new in this movie. As Jean said in the movie, "The 3rd movie always sucks."

4K movies might take a few more years for the price to come down, the movie and packaging are fine for X-men: Apocalypse, not sure if it's worth the extra $ on 4K vs going with the standard blu-ray

Good movie with a lot of action and the 4K has incredible picture this movie also has Atmos sound affect so if you have a system that has Atmos as I do, the sound is as incredible as the picture is.

I love it when Best Buy sells dvds in their steelbook collectable case. Beautifully crafted. I have options to download the digital copy or watch the dvd in the van. But for a better experience, I watch the blu-ray on my home theater.

This is the supposed final movie of the x-men first class crew. I loved seeing new (old) characters like nightcrawler and storm. I wish the story and villi an were a bit better but it is enjoyable.

If you are a Marvel fan you will love this movie regardless of what the critics have said. The newcomers fit in with the original cast quite well. the villains are villains, what more can you want?

Marvel Films' greatest fail was killing off Quicksilver in Age of Ultron. After a constant fight over movie rights, they just threw him away, while Fox uses him to steal the show in the X-Men films.
