This is another series of stories in the beginning of the life of the X-Men. There is a bit to much CGI in the movie. All the actor has to do is stand still and the graphics are around the person in motion. So to get the whole story you would have to see this movie.

A pleasant surprise with 3D depth...Sound & Vision...If you don't add this to your collection, it's your fault. All you ask for in Action, Adventure & another thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat to the exciting end. Visual Effects you get for Free are the engrossing element makes it feel like a dream.

This is a very well produced film on the highest quality physical medium available to the average consumer today. I have never seen a film this clearly before. If you have a 4k uhd bluray player (like the xbox 1S) and a 4k television this is a must buy. Yes, the price is high, but not high enough to dock a star.

Some comic book fans might not be satisfied with the accuracy of the characters in this one, but cant make everyone happy and be relatively close to realistic instead of cartoonish. The plot was good and most of the characters were close to their comic book selves.

This movie was panned by critics and moviegoers. It was not as bad as people made it out to be. I did not like the ending however it was not the worst X Men ever made. I hope Fox continues on making more good X Men movies, I would like to see more X Men featured like Gambit for instance in the next X Men movie.

After all the mediocre reviews, I wasn't expecting much. I really liked it! It wasn't an amazing story, but aspects of it were perfect. Quicksilver was once again a total high point in the film. An interesting introduction to some characters we know and some we don't.

wow the visuals and graphics look amazing on this movie. i love how crisp it looks on my Samsung 4k player. it looks so real life like you actually in the movie. the movie has an awesome plot. so many new characters, great story. i can watch this movie over and over again. do yourself a favor and buy this movie.

X-Men Apocalypse is a good end to the X-Men: First Class, Days of Future Past series. Is it the best one (no, Days of Future Past is better) but Apocalypse is better than First Class even if the fight against Apocalypse is not that great (if he's so powerful that is).

Of ALL 7 of the X-men movies, Apocalypse is HANDS DOWN THE BEST right along with Origins: Wolverine. It is filled with unbelievable and jaws dropping special effects! The studio and producers really have outdone themselves... I highly recommend it!! I also own the 4K format ...which is EVEN MORE SPECTACULAR!!

Okay, this doesn't hold up compared to First Class or Days of Future Past but it doesn't completely fall apart. One could nitpick any of these superhero movies to death but sometimes you just have to take them for what they are: a quick hour or two of entertainment.

With 4k TV and now with 4K DVD player, it is an enjoyment to watch the movie with magnificent color and sharpness. The movie is as a good as the previous movies involving the X Men. Watch the movies with a sound system to get a thrilling visual and sound experience.

I already had this movie on blu-ray but wanted to get the 4k disc for my my Samsung 4k player. I haven't looked at it yet but I'm pretty confident the picture and sound quality will be better than regular blu-ray. The movie is a good way to end this X-Men trilogy.

It was the usual X-Men movie with something bad happening that needs fixing and they band together to fight the evil and win. Great action the story wasn't bad. It's a comic book and with that you get this! Overall good entertainment if you like this type of genre!

This movie fits well with the new batch of Xmen movies. I wish they would do more with Wolverine in these (except for Days of Future Past)- he keeps having cameos, so it's weird that they haven't done more with him. Enjoyed the movie though. Loved the addition of the new characters and the 80's refernces.

The X-Men franchise has begun to show some signs of fatigue, but I still really enjoyed this movie. Hopefully future installments will feature less Jennifer Lawrence, as she seems to have moved on from her role and might be phoning in her performance to a degree.

Good movie, I definitely enjoy the new casting since they rebooted the timeline for X-MEN. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and though I enjoyed some of the other installments more than this one I would still highly recommend this one as a "do not miss."

If you like the rest in this line of X-men movies then you will probably like this equally. Shouldn't really watch this one without seeing those first. As for the packaging, this review is for the steelbook version. This is a quality case with good graphics. Cover art could have been better but still good.

X-Men: Apocalypse is not quite as good as it's predecessor movies, but it is still a fun, action packed movie with a great cast of characters. The 1980s setting is a cool throwback, and some colorful costumes are a nice addition to the normally dark movie universe.

I'm a BIG X-Men fan. I collected the comics as a kid and I've seen all the movies. I love this one, The story is a great adaptation of the comic. Of course they had to change a few things. The casting is perfect, especially young Jean Gray, the story is intriguing. and the special effects are spectacular.

X-men: Apocalypse was another good installment in this franchise. Yeah, it wasn't as strong as the first two but it was still good. And I loved the introductions of young Cyclops, Jean Grey and Nightcrawler. Let's just say I hope the new movie is the Dark Phoenix
