The movie is not accurate to the comics 90 x men in a lot of things, but it manages to be good. Olivia Munn looks great as Psylocke and is one of the few that stays true to the original 90's x men style. not the greatest but most certainly not a flop.

The look of apocalypse is really bad but I liked the story. The action Was good the appearances of some new mutants and old favorites reborn were cool. Seems a bit weird having magneto and mystic becoming good guys though. Solid movie that I really liked

Really enjoyed watching this in 4K.However I have a 2014 Sony Xbr 65x850b which doesn't have HDR so I can't comment on how good it looks with HDR.The upscaling on my tv is so good I really can't tell much difference my 4K movies and the bluray versions.

Didn't get to see this movie in theaters so have been anxiously awaiting it to come out on DVD and Blu-ray. Bought as an impulse since I love all the previous xmen movies.. Loved it from the get-go and ended up watching it twice in one night (which isn't too bad for a movie that's over 2+ hrs)!

Suspend belief for a while and sit back and enjoy a yarn about some of your favorite heroes. Interesting and involved storyline that kind of sucks you in and makes you forget about the world around you for a little while. Well worth viewing and enjoying

It was a little slow in places but it did answer questions that some of us have had from the get go about how they all came to be. Just don't watch it with someone who read and knows the comics because they point out what's wrong and didn't happen lol.

There are several story lines going on at the same time. Some of them are really deep and others you wish were deeper. It seems to come together rather nicely. If you are a fan, you will overlook some things. If not, you might be a little disappointed.

This was an enjoyable movie. I enjoy seeing the origins of some of the mutants and this movie delivered. While I wonder if the "X-men" franchise is running out of storylines, this one was enjoyable. Make sure to watch though the credits for the extra.

This movie is good but could have been better. It doesn't really stick to the source material but what comic book movie does? Overall it is a pretty good installment to the series and a good reintroduction to characters we thought we already knew.

I avoided this installment in the X-Men series because the critics panned it. Fortunately my cousins and his boys saw it and advised me that it was a decent flick. Liked the introduction of new characters and the effects were excellent as usual.

i love buying my movies at best buy. they are normally great priced and if there is a better price elsewhere, they will price match it and save you the trip and hassle of shopping at different locations. the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part! oh ya and the movie was great too!

I enjoyed this film very much and regardless of what the "hardcore comic" freaks asked of what should or shouldn't be and make up Apocalypse and his 4 horsemen, I feel this was done very well. I've never been disappointed with X-men films They do what they're supposed to do, entertain!

This story line was a little confusing at times, but it helps to fill in a lot of the missing gaps from the previous movies. It's too bad that this movie didn't come out about 5 years ago, but it does a great job at telling the evolving X-Men story with an Extension Level Event scenario.

In the ninth installment of " X-Men Apocalypse", the team is on a mission to destroy "Apocalypse" and stop his plans of extinction. Filled with wit and playful banter, this is one of the best in the series. I bought the steel case version of this movie and it is worth the few extra bucks!

Having been an X-Men fan from the 80's I was highly entertained with this one. Although I feel the first X-Men trilogy were better than First Class and Days of Future Past, this one is still a must see filled with plenty of action. I also really enjoyed the addition of the new cast members.

When I saw this movie in the theaters, it left me with some questions, like, why did I let my kids drink so much soda and I have to miss parts of the movie. The movie was a good time, plenty of action, and some humor to keep things light and fresh.

I know reception to this one was a little lukewarm compared to the last two X-Men films, but I found this one to be as enjoyable as X-Men First Class. As usual with prior X-Men releases audio/video are top notch in this blu-ray release. Highly recommended if you're a fan of the franchise.

Of the 3 movies in the First Class Trilogy, this was my least favorite. That said it had to live up to a lot because the first 2 were awesome movies. Apocalypse was a little lackluster. And the ending was lame. Other then that I enjoyed watching it

This is an excellent pre-quel to the original X-men movie with some new characters added. The actors are fantastic as the younger Charles and Magneto as well as others. The 3D is good but not great thus the 4 star rating. As 2D I give it a 5 star.

While the franchise is a hit and miss depending on the plot and story, the people picked to play the characters has been top notch. The only issue I had was with the long padded scene with Quicksilver and the academy (a very similar scene in DOFP).
