I thoroughly enjoyed this series and the story. Seems like they have the right actors for the characters.

Just to compare with the theatrical version, alternate ending

The movie was one of the best of the series. I highly recommend it to anyone that likes the X-Men movies.

My kids and I love this movie. Its great that they offer blue ray, dvd, and digital copy all in one case.

My favorite of the latest trilogy and the bonus content with Rogue is just icing on the cake!

It's a sequel and a prequel that totally erases most of what was done the the past films. Just beautiful.

This is not a negative review, as this is a fairly standard purchase. The Blu-ray includes several interesting behind the scenes discussions. But the original cut of the film was much longer and had entire sequences cut, reducing Anna Paquin to a cameo (but she still gets higher billing than Ellen Page who is integral to the story?) None of this material is included, which means that a new, extended version cut of the film may be in the works making this purchase unnecessary for a collector like myself.

Nice way to reboot the X-Men franchise! This movie opened up so many possibilities for additional X-Men movies for both the X-Men cast and the X-Men First Class cast.
