This is the best X-Men movie so far. I really like the Sentinels of the future and how the plot links the future and past self of some characters like Professor X. There are some inconsistencies in the plot, like if the past was re-written then what would happen with all the other movies, but besides of that it is full of action and entertainment! I didn't give the 5 stars because this special edition only at Best Buy is not what I was expecting in terms of the quality of the profile cards and the schematics of the Sentinels.

I've been a fan of Marvel comics since junior high school and high school. I originally went to see this movie with my girlfriend. Since she hadn't seen the other X-Men movies, it was a bit difficult for her to follow. But for those who've seen the movies, it was a great follow up. Purchased this DVD to add to my collection. Looking forward to future Marvel comics movie releases.

If you despised X2 and 3 because of how far gone they botched the movies, rejoice! This installment FIXES ALL OF IT. The one and only issue i have with what they did with this movie was give Logan grey hair. That just made absolutely no sense what-so-ever. I could nerd-rage/rant about this but i wont'. It's a minutia detail that just doesnt matter in the grand scheme of the film.

This movie is a must if you have enjoyed the previous X-Men movies. It provides an in-depth background of some key characters, but less action than most of the other movies. The storyline reveals many details of the past that brings more dimension to Magneto, Prof X and others. The end makes it worth buying to watch it over and over, not to mention a signature Wolverine scene.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is a rewarding and well executed installment that presents fans with an entertaining action/drama that compliments the X-Men film franchise. It makes its way onto Blu-ray in superb fashion and features top notch audio/video quality along with a decent assortment of bonus material that looks behind the scenes at the making of the film. As a fan I am very pleased with this offering from 20th Century Fox and highly recommend that you add X-Men: Days of Future Past on Blu-ray to your video library.

the movie is very good, but the scenes with the future X-men seem to be lacking the same emotional connection and sense of awe just like the previous films in the X-men universe (before first class which is awesome) the past part of the film surpasses X-Men First Class. this movie stands out as the second best in the series and would have been #1 If the future scenes had played out better. Overall the picture and sound is amazing. Better then most of the releases this year 2nd only to Guardians of the Galaxy. A must see.

What an enjoyable movie from beginning to end! Awesome action and adventure for the whole family. With Sentinel Robot armies hunting down mutants and humans while Wolverine travels back in time to save humanity, this is a sure fire classic. Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique and Evan Peters as Quicksilver round out a fabulous cast. P.S. and check out the gag reel for a good laugh.

Days of Future Past may be the best X-Men movie so far. Is this special Rogue edition/edit necessary? Absolutely not, but I wanted to see Rogue again, the money is so worth it if you like Rogue. Taking Rogue out of the original cut changed the outcome of the movie in ZERO ways. BTW: I only buy Blue Ray movies if they include Ultra Violet versions in the cloud!

Though this isn't my favorite X-men film, it's definitely one of the most entertaining, incorporating a famous storyline from the comics. The acting great and the action (though I wish there was more) is a sight to behold. The audio and video quality are superb. The extras are insightful and definitely more than the standard features found on most releases. The only thing missing here is a commentary track from Singer and his cast/ crew. Overall, this was a great purchase. Perfect for any X-men fan of X-men movie fan!

I already loved future past. But felt like some stuff was missing. So when I found out this version was being released I jumped on it. And you know what? There is enough added content that makes this experience completely different. If you liked future past you must see this. If you were turned off by the previous films this one will reinstall your faith in the x-men.

Along with X-men first class, this movie more or less puts the series back on track after that awful third movie from the original trilogy. If you are a fans of both the original characters and the new ones, you will really like this one as both are blended together very well. There are still a few plot holes. As with most Marvel these days, there is a short segment after the credits. Unless you are a fan of the comic books with a good memory, you will probably need to search the internet to find out what it means.

Great movie. Finally, after a couple of flops and disappointing endings in previous Xmen they finally undo some of the mistakes of previous Xmen movies. It also came with digital copy and the Blu-ray worked great. Just need to sign up with a program like Flixter or Vudu and link it to an Ultraviolet account and you can watch the movie on your smart TV or on a mobile device.

This movie is fantastic, one of the best in the X-Men series. I found the 3D effects immersive, more so than a lot of movies with the same 3D post conversion. The BB packaging is nice, but not as cool as their recent Marvel steelbooks. And the bonus cards are for the hardcore fan only. But as it is currently the same price as the regular 3D set, it's just personal preference.

The latest release from the X-Men universe is in my opinion, the best of the series so far! The story moving from present to past to far past back to present gives the true fan a glimpse into the timeline that will give all a chance to relive their more favorite scenes...I have to watch it again to make sure I did not miss anything. If you love X-Men, don't miss it...BUY IT.

With the disappointing releases of X-Men: The Last Stand and Wolverine Origins, I had given up on the X-Men franchise. But when First Class came out I was excited again. With Bryan Singer back as director I can have X-Men movies to look forward to again. Days of Future past is an excellent addition to the franchise, although there are many questions I was left with after watching the movie. But the movie is entertaining enough to look past it. And thankfully it cleaned up some of the problems with the Last Stand.

I loved the movie I would recommend it to all X Men previous and future viewers. I have loved all the X Men movies and this one is just as good. I loved the movie did not fail. I loved it, loved it, loved it. I especially loved the movie in blue ray. The graphics are way better and sharper. I would pick blue ray over the stander view. I really hope this review helps you out.

I didn't see this movie in the theater when it came out, so of course I bought the theatrical version of the blu-ray as soon as it was available. I hadn't heard of the Rogue Cut, so when it became available, I wanted to see what the differences were. I've read there's about 20-30 minutes of extra footage, which was Rogue's entire presence in the movie.

I bought the BB Exclusive set of the theatrical cut on day one, and I loved the movie as much as any other X-MEN fan would. However, after seeing this cut of the film, I can't help but think TCF was after the second hit to our wallets. This is an even better version of the film, why did this not get released to theaters? Oh well... It is worth it.

If you liked the last movie you'll really enjoy this new one. The mash up of cast members from the old movies and the new ones really helps create a continuity with the old story. Wolverine really brings the whole story together and seeing the preview for what the next movie will bring at the end of the credits should keeps everyone excited until the next movie comes out.

While the original theatrical cut of 'Days of Future Past' was a wild highly entertaining ride - the new 'Rouge Cut' not only fleshes out some sequences - while some might find the differences minimal - it's still improves the pacing. The bluray looks fantastic and the surround sound pummels you - too bad this new cut is not in it's original 3D stereo-ized version.
