This was a very solid and enjoyable movie for any fan of the X-Men or their movies. For those who are picky about comic book details, continuity, etc., this is far better than the previous First Class film, but still leaves some questions unanswered. To that I say, just sit back and enjoy the movie!

X-Men movie history has had a real problem of inconsistency of quality. In my opinion, giving Bryan Singer the director seat again is a step in the right direction but the bigger step is using the comic book story as a starting point but take it in a very different direction. I would hope that Fox does more with the X-Men universe than the Wolverine show and this (as well as X-Men First Class) are heading that way.

If you like X men: First class, then this is another great. Super hero movies are getting better and removing the cheesy element that older hero movies had. So much better then the first X men movies. SPOILER - this has a Inception Movie feel to it and Ellen Paige definitley contributes to that feel.

as a fan of the X Men movies I would recommend this newest release. Good story line and plot. Do not read X Men comic books, so I can't complain if there are inaccuracies between the two. If you enjoyed the X Men: First Class movie I would suggest getting a copy of this one to add to your collection.

If you are a fan of Marvel, then you will enjoy this movie. If you are not much of a comic geek and enjoy great movies, then you'll really enjoy this movie. Some might try to pick apart this movie since it is based on an arc of the X-men lore, but as a standalone movie it is quite delight to watch.

We are big X-Men fans in the family, but the Last Stand was terrible. Thankfully, First Class restored luster to the X-Men films. However, Days of Future Past managed a difficult task, combining the cast and characters of the two X-Men film runs and managed to undo the nonsensical damage of X-Men 3.

This is one of my favorite installments into the X-Men movie universe. Wish they had added the extra scenes with the initial BD release, but hey, people gotta eat. Can't say I'm disappointed but the added scenes don't really add or take away from the movie. I just love Rouge and Anna Paquin.

I love scifi movies in 3D and X-Men Days Of Future Past does not disappoint. It is best to watch X-Men First Class first as it develops the characters that will be seen in this movie about traveling back into the past to change history. Very insightful -- along the lines of Back To The Future.

The cast, the story, and the direction are excellent... and despite my annoyance with time-travel storylines, the method they opt for is better than usual. This is not only the smartest and most entertaining entry in the X-men franchise, it is also one of the best superhero films to date.

The new Xmen film is much more cinematic and action packed. Visuals and special effects are better looking, than those from earlier years. The collectors edition was worth the money, however, I wish the boxing was made out of durable material, like a steelbook casing, rather than out of cardboard.

This XMEN movie was already amazing after seeing it on sale in 3D I had to pick it up. I was sceptical at 1st thinking 3D wouldn't make a difference however, it made this movie even better. I recommend everyone who is an XMEN fan and owns a 3D TV to pick this movie up...

This movie is fantastic. The way the filmmakers were able to weave the past and present timelines together was nearly seamless. Shows that his series has a lot more left in the tank no matter what actors are playing the roles. The Blu-Ray has phenomenal picture and audio as well. Go buy it!

I am a huge X-Men fan and, after a few disappointments from some of the middle films in the series, I can't be happier with what they did in this film. Combining the original cast with the cast from First Class was an excellent way to both pass the torch, and revitalize the series. Two thumbs up!

This movie resolved a lot of issues left over from lesser X-Men movies, and thankfully, seems to have wiped the third film from existence. Should follow-ups be this good, it'll be worth having suffered through the lesser efforts. The 3D Blu-Ray has a great picture and sound, and I recommend it.

I loved this movie. I thought it did a great job of tying the 2 X-Men franchises together. It undid some things that were really bad and it tied together some things that needed to be tied together. I don't want to say what. But if you are an X-Men fan you will probably agree with my assessment.

This movie might be the best of both worlds. Not only does it bring back ALL of the characters we know and love from the original movies, but it combines an amazing plot, filled with twists and turners, with members from the new First Class generation as well. You'll wish the movie was longer.

Such an awesome movie! One of the best marvel movies that has came out so far. Action, comedy, suspense! A must have! And fairly priced for Blu-Ray disc. Wish I would gotten the 3D Blu-Ray version. Probably would've looked awesome on my Panasonic 3D 55 inch plasma tv. Also purchased at best buy.

Though this doesn't follow the comic story line exactly, it is a very enjoyable movie. They do a great job of tying all of the X-Men and Wolverine movies together. The events of this movie do show how time travel can effect future events in a subtle way. Overall i thought it was a great movie.

Just to get down to basics, this is absolutely a better cut of the film than the original theatrical version. That said, it's not a lot better. Oddly, the improvements have very little to do with Rogue, herself. Yes, she has an actual role this time, but we still don't get a lot of her as a character. Her presence really just serves to make Iceman's arc more interesting and add some decent action sequences. The best addition is a scene between Beast and Mystique, which has noting to do with Rogue. The film's problems all still remain (e.g. never answering questions such as how Kitty got the power to send people into the past, how Logan got the metal claws back after The Wolverine, and why Xavier's new body is physically identical to his old one and also just happens to also have a spinal injury). Ultimately, you should buy this version if 1) you don't already own a copy of the theatrical version, and 2) you don't feel you need a 3D copy of the movie. The advantages of the new version just aren't enough to justify the money if you already have the original, but if you're just going to have one copy, this is the version to get.

Bought this as one of my gifts for my family for Christmas and it shipped in time in perfect condition too! The additional scenes are great and I’d recommend this instead of the standard theatrical cut.
