I enjoyed all the X-Men movies and especially this one! The best part of owning this movie was the package it came in. The Sentinel cover was amazing portrayed! The deck of cards, as I call them, inside was amusing but a novelty item. Overall if it's not the package you are looking for, go for the movie and enjoy another adventure!!

I picked up the Rogue Cut, honestly, because I had rewards certificates to burn. I really like Days of Future Past, but I think it is not as good as First Class or X2. I was very pleased by the extra scenes and content, but it was not enough to justify another purchase if you already have Days of Future Past. If you don't have the original already, then this is absolutely the version to get because you get the original and the Rogue Cut on one disc.

I enjoyed the original cut of this film quite a bit, and was skeptical that it could be improved upon. Thankfully, I was not disappointed when I finally seen this cut. A new subplot involving Rogue added more to the future storyline and, for me, made the stakes higher. I prefer this version now!

Time travel can solve all the world's problems. All you need is a mutant who's superpower is the ability to not go to the bathroom for a very long time, and she can send werewolves back in time to fix everything that went wrong. Except that time her friend lost all use of his legs. Not sure why they didn't fix that.

This Movie was very exciting from beginning to end. I saw it twice in theaters. It's worth adding to your collection. I mean, I have nothing bad to say about it. Although Wolverine is my favorite X-men, I do feel like its time to give the other X-men a little more screen time, Buuuuut I understand he's the money maker! Still BuY it!

To me this is the best x men since the first one. A good use of time travel that makes sense in the story and some really good acting by all the leads. The use of 3D was pretty good. I am just bummed to learn that the studio will double dip next year with a new extended version. Why didn't they release it now like for The Wolverine?

The fold out packaging is great. The biggest drawback is this supposed special edition is missing alot of deleted scenes that were promised to be on it. The rumor is the studio is withholding them for a "director's cut" around the release of apocalypse. That is a real slap in the face to the fans who've carried this franchise even through weak movies (Wolverine origins anyone?). So if you want it now it's ok but just know the real version is on the horizon.

The movie itself is fantastic. Plenty of action and an engaging story line. My gripes are all with the packaging. I bought the DVD version and am still disappointed they did not offer a combo pack of Blue-Ray & DVD. I would gladly pay a little extra to get both formats in one box. The discs themselves only cost pennies to produce. Plus they further punish the DVD buyers by only including lame extras that were useless while the BR version has hours of extras.

Huge marvel fan here. So far I have this, Amazing Spiderman 2, Thor 2..haven't watched yet, and Guardians and Winter Solider..both of which I haven't watched yet ...all in 3d! This film is better than the 1st xmen movie I think, but all a matter of opinion. And in my opinion Im always a sucker for 3d movies which Im still expanding my library on. I think 3d pulls you into the movie more and is worth the extra cost if you have a big 3d capable tv to do so.

I hadn't previously seen the Rogue Cut, but the sale price on this was a screaming deal so I couldn't resist. I had heard that the Rogue Cut didn't really add anything of value but I have to disagree. It didn't really add a ton of extra footage but overall I enjoyed it much more than the theatrical version :)

What an awesome movie!! I loved it in the theaters and could not wait until it came out on Blu-Ray (especially the Rogue cut version). The storyline leaves you with plenty of extra food for thought and to anticipate future movies. Action was great, storyline was great, and is by far the best movie in the entire series.

I believe that Marvel did an excellent job in melding the 1st 3 movies with the First Class movies. Sure there were some space/time errors but there will always be those types of errors because the space/time continuum is very difficult to travel. Way to go Marvel! I hope to see more X-men movies and any other Marvel movie, too!

I did not have a chance to catch this in the theaters and was really looking forward to it. The best X-Men movie yet! The story was great and did an awesome job of focusing on a lot of different characters overall. I haven't had a chance to watch the 3-D version yet but should be a lot of fun, especially with the action sequences.

Just when you think that the Xmen series would be wining down, the create a movie the pulls in the original cast as well as the new in a great story. It was very well paced and you were not bored with fillers, just good action and special effects. I'm looking forward to see the reboot takes them next. Welcome back Gene and Scott.

If you saw "The Wolverine" you might expect something different from this after the teaser. If you are an XMan fan you will love this. good action, interesting premise, (BTW when did Kitty learn how to send someone's mind back in time to their earlier self?) Anyway SPOILER ALERT, Logan wakes up and Scott, Jean, and Xavier are still alive and things at the school are back to "normal" like the previous three didn't happen...well he did change history...

I purchased the 3d version of this film and it is awesome! I'm somewhat of a novice when it comes to the X-men series, but that's no problem with this film. Great story (even if it's a little far-fetched), very imaginative and well directed. Watching the scene inside the kitchen in 3d is incredible! Definitely a must-have film.

Overall this movie surpassed my expectations. Bryan Singer has worked on many films since his first X-Men movie all which would be filed in the mediocre category but with Days of Future Past he makes up for all those failures. It has many of the elements that made First Class a good movie & moments that will remind you of the original trilogy. All in all it was a great movie with a few minor gripes but with an ending like that it's worth giving a shot.

This movie is a brilliant send off of the characters that made up the original cast, giving them the justice they deserve, as well as a welcoming that allows the new cast to shine. As for the steel book case, it has nice artwork on the front cover and makes a nice addition to any movie collection!

X-Men Days of Future Past: The Rogue Cut is a fantastic film. The original cut of the film was also great but the added scenes in the movie are great. and add to the lore of the X-Universe. It's a great way to reboot the series without erasing all of the films from it's history like previous Batman and Spiderman movies.

Confession, I love these types of movies. Okay, now for the bad part, the ending is way way WAY too weak for this franchise. Great CGI effects, great story line, but man...that ending.... Oh, yeah, you will want to own this one though. Filled with cameos from the original X-Men, it hits all the linking points to the original and fills in some gaps nicely, but, MAN (did I mention the ending??) ....
