I had been on the fence about buying this set, but the added material actually makes this a far superior version to the theatrical release with a richer narrative and character development. As well, the added features are well worth the dive.

I just love this movie besides the very first X-MEN this has to be one of the best. The overall storyline is just great and not just that its just the best I first seen this in the movie theaters and fell in love, definitely for anyone to purchase and watch.

Not only is it my favorite X-men movie, since in expertly combines the cast of the original X-Men trilogy with the First Class trilogy AND includes Sentinals for the first time, but it's probably the best shot cinematography wise. Check it out!

I cannot believe how well the combined all the characters into one film. The time travel aspect is so cool and fixes a lot of the flaws in this franchise. Unfortunately, the following film didn't live up to this one.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is a must see for any Marvel, X-Men, or any superhero movie fan for that matter. The story is engaging from the start and the visuals are stunning. Worth it to get in 3D for only a few dollars more. I highly recommend this 3D Blu-Ray.

Definitely the version to get as it includes extra exclusives. Plus the packaging is great. The movie itself really "fixes" so many things wrong with the X-Men movie franchise. They did a great job with the movie. The story, plot, and action were all excellent.

Awesome movie, best X-men movie so far in the franchise. Very good adaptation of the comic book storyline "Days of Future Past". Quality acting and the picture and color are great. I have all of the X-men movies in my collection and this is definitely the best.

This is by far the greatest X-Men film in the series, which re-unites the original Trilogy cast with the X-men First Class cast. You will not be disappointed in this movie. Looks wonderful in blu ray 3D. Maybe one of the greatest comic book themed movie so far.

great special edition bluray! i was wary buyin this copy wen i already had the original with the collectible sentinel pix, but well worth it since it was on sale too! the rogue twist/explanation was fun to explore in its entirety & completeness

This movie was done excellently. It gives all of the main characters a fresh start and new story lines for upcoming movies. Enjoy the quality of the picture and sound as well. I would recommend this movie to anyone, and have bought several copies as gifts.

So, the movie is fine, it even borders on great at points. This review isn’t for the film itself, it’s for the Steelbook/Blu ray release of the film. The case itself is fine, it’s boring, but it “matches” the other X-men steelbooks. One annoying issue is that fingerprints and residue from the packaging are really obvious against this case (not a dealbreaker, but irritating). The video and sound on the movie are great, it looks beautiful and the sound is balanced in a way that is really nice. Special features are pretty weak but they are your standard features. The big knock on this one is that it does not include the “rogue cut” of the film. Overall, it’s a fine Steelbook, but it won’t be the “gem” of anyone’s collection. If you’re not necessarily a Steelbook collector I’d recommend just getting the Rogue Cut instead since both versions are on that set.

I already own this movie on blu ray but once I saw the rogue cut I had to get this one too. This is the best way to see this movie and it is sad that to get the running time down they cut out this version. This is the way to see this movie.

This particular entry of the X-Men series is one of the best! Extremely entertaining if somewhat convoluted. However, the visuals are the star of this comic book adventure. If you own a 3D television this Blu-Ray is a must own, especially for the price! This sale item is worth every penny and I'll be watching it annually with my son.

I'd have to say that it's a great movie. Really making up for some of the Rings that have brought the franchise down. But there are some things that don't add up, yet none of that matters because looking at the ending you know that the next movie has to exceed what every movie has done up to this point. I enjoy having the digital copy as who, makes traveling easy

I loved days of future past and when i hears there releasing a extended version, i had to get it. I just watched it, and i gotta say this new version is very good and i highy recommend getting it.

I enjoyed watching X-Men Blu Ray 3D on my Samsung entertainment system. Experience was even better than in the theater. I get to relaxed the way I like and in high quality viewing. The movie story was fantastic. It waived with the previous X-Men movies nicely.

One of the best movies in the X-Men series. Time travel storyline allows a franchise reboot in a sense. Quicksilver scene is one the best scenes I have ever watched in any superhero movie. Very cool! End of the movie ties things up very well in reboot fashion.

I am a huge X-men fan and always felt the original days of future past missed some information. I read the comics as a teen and I was expecting a lot more. With the additional scenes in this version, it made the movie make more sense, It explained a lot of the story in more detail. I thoroughly enjoyed it better than the original version.

Great to see the X-Men movies get back on track after a few bad entries. This Blu-ray has all the things you'd expect, 3D version, regular version, digital download, etc, along with some special features chronicling the reunited cast. All in all, a great buy.

I have the theatrical version already but couldn't resist Rogue and wanted to see what happened with her as part of the plot. It was as good as I expected but I agreed with what I have read from the director that Rogue's present created a conflict in the storyline. If you are a fan of the X-Men series, you should get it as part of the collection.
