Bryan Singer is back and re-setting/correcting the Marvel X-Men movie franchise after X-Men: The Last Stand (Director Brett Rattner). It will be interesting to see where they take it from here. Very action packed and entertaining movie. I do recommend the Best Buy Exclusive edition as it comes with some nice extras for the serious collector!

Days of Future Past is the probably best film of the X-men franchise. It ties all the previous films, as well as Wolverine spinoffs, together in a neat package as well as paving the way for future films in much the same way the new Star Trek films did for their franchise. The packaging and extras with the Best Buy Exclusive were a nice plus.

As my review summary says, it is another great X-men movie. I purchased this to complete my DVD series of this show and now I find they are coming out with another one .. can't wait until it goes on DVD so I can buy that one as well. Love the X-men ever since they came to comics September 1963 - still have the first edition!

Can't say 'best' or 'worst' or anything of that kind... can say 'fantastic continuation' of the series! fantastic! Many 'sequels' don't really measure up, but this one does. It's based on a great idea that one might think was designed right from the very beginning. Was it? It may have been! And that's what makes it great... it's a cohesive part of the entire story, it keeps people interested, wanting their hero's to survive... Did they? you'll have to watch to find out

I enjoyed this version better than the theatrical cut. It’s a little longer and not as fast paced, but it better explains some plot points and the inclusion of Rogue ties it into the original trilogy more. It includes some extras not on the original release. Only bummer is that there's no 3d version of the Rogue cut.

X-Men Days of Future Past is another in a long line of comic book movies that fans have been asking for and the second of the "new" x-men series of movies. A wonderful story using characters from both the old trilogy and the new movies, it keeps the viewer engaged throughout and wanting more at the end (hint: stay for after the credits).

We purchased this bluray to watch on our new 3D 4K TV. I loved the colors and the choices made using the 3D to enhance the viewing experience. Make sure that you have sufficient viewing distance while watching any 3D blurays! As far as the movie itself goes... Yeah, it's X-Men. It's fun and full of action. The cast is (mostly) great.

I'm not a huge X-Men fan, but I do have several of the X-Men Blu Rays. I'm a huge audiophile and love a great sounding movie with a decent plot! X-Men Days of future past delivers on all fronts! 3D is incredible and the audio is just as great! Very happy with my purchase! Best Buy always has the most competitive prices and plenty of stock!

Bryan Singer brings in another winner for the x-men franchise. This by far is one of the best x-men movies combining two different universes of the x-men franchise, his original version along with the version of first class, and joining them together in a sort of time travel movie making both universes work in a single movie.

Being a comic book nerd, I was not sure how the adaption of the the comic would turn out. I have to say that, while very different from the comic, the story was very good and it tied into the other X-Men films pretty well. There are some problematic parts to the movie, but if you can not over analyze things, it is a very enjoyable movie!

This movie starts off after X-Men last stand then quickly transitions to X-Men First Class and ties them together perfectly. To get the full appreciation you should watch the trilogy first then watch X-Men First Class but If you're familiar with the back story this is easily the movie of the year and possibly the best of the franchise.

X-Men First Class to me is thee best X-Men out so far. The first 3 were horrible, any comic book fan would agree. Although Days Of Future Past has a couple of holes in the storyline, it still not only makes up for the past movies but it gives it a fresh restart to build a great franchise. I highly recommend this movie to any comic fans!

We saw the movie in the theater and the kids were looking forward to the DVD release date. It is a great movie to sit as a family with the surround sound and really feel the action. With all the XMen movies that have been coming out I was kind of getting tired of them but this movie surprised me and I enjoyed it both times I've seen it.

I thought this was an excellent addition to the X-men movie series. I am not a comic book aficionado but I really love these movies. I felt that the Wolverine was a huge flop and big disappointment so I was skeptical about this new addition. I was pleasantly surprised! The story kept my interest and I felt the movie was well done.

What more can I say? Best X-men film to date. Based on the epic Uncanny X-men #141/142 from the early 80s when they hunt down all the mutants. Comics #141/142 was at the time when Chris Claremont was writing the X-men comics. In my opinion the best time for that comic book. If you love the X-men and Sentinels, this movie is for you.

I enjoyed the way they introduced "new" X-Men again in this movie and at the same time went back to the past. I wish the Sentinels were a little more like they were in the comic book series - bigger, more menacing - but the way they show them in the movie is still good, especially their ability to adapt to their attacker. Great movie!

the minute i saw the title i was hooked, the comic book story is perhaps one of the best. acting is awesome, costumes and sets are awesome really got the 70's vibe. look for Bryan Singer in the crowd during paris sequence. awesome how there were 2 stories going on at the same time, but both needing each other. Con is no dvd copy

I am not going to go in to details about this movie since you are looking to buy it, you probably have not seen it yet.. everyone has their own opinions about what makes a movie good or not.. I can only speak for myself and being a huge fan of x-men moviesI can say I love this movie. If you fan of the series don't wait get this one

The best movie in the X-Men franchise thus far, in my opinion. A good way to get back the franchise back on track. I loved the comic book storyline and the movie adaptation was well above par. I have to admit, as the movie progressed I found myself wanting to see a little bit more of the scenes in the future and the ongoing battles with the future Sentinels. But to sum it up, I really enjoyed this movie and it has me completely hyped up for X-Men: Apocalypse.

I enjoyed all the X-Men movies and especially this one! The best part of owning this movie was the package it came in. The Sentinel cover was amazing portrayed! The deck of cards, as I call them, inside was amusing but a novelty item. Overall if it's not the package you are looking for, go for the movie and enjoy another adventure!!
