We just found out on 01/13/2023 that the card was never activated at the store by cashier!! Can i take this back and have it activated??

Had to return this item. Item did not work well as it should with Xbox one controllers. Did not hold controller well enough to charge battery pack. Bad buy.

I purchased the Xbox gift card for my grandson's birthday. It was such an easy process and my grandson had no problem using it to get a game for his Xbox.

Purchased this gift card on December 4th as a Christmas gift for someone. It was suppose to be delivered in 2 days, never arrived so after two weeks I reached out to Best Buy. They said they would send another card within 3 days. Card was never sent. Reached out to them again stating I wanted a refund and I’d buy the card elsewhere, was told they couldn’t give me my money back. It was only $50 mind you. Continued to call and argue and kept getting the run around. People telling me they couldn’t help me, I’d have to call another person, etc. then I get an email after Christmas that says the order is reshipping. I chatted again and told them I didn’t want the order reshaped as it was a gift and Christmas was already over and they still wouldn’t give me my money back and the item shipped… the most frustrating thing! And I still don’t have my $50 back. I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again. Save yourself the time and go by Walgreens and pick up a gift card there!
