Best bang for buck consoles

I've used the console for gamepass and it runs great, but on incredibly high end games (high fps and above 1080p) it will struggle a bit, however it runs like a champ and is great deal for the price you pay.

The speed upgrade is insane but there aren’t many series S/X games out yet to take advantage of the upgrade. If you buy one of these make sure you have an external hard drive ready to go because I fit 10 games and it was full. Also Game Pass is the best service out for 15 a month.

I never buy physical discs so this option was great . Never had any issues in a year and the purchase experience was very smooth. The only con is that 500gb is not enough space to have multiple modern games on it.

Although you can expand that with the expensive expansion slot, or get a 1TB HD and plug in USB. Glad to see a 1TB is being released.

Allows me to play all the new Xbox titles without breaking the bank. I do have to use an external storage for larger titles but it’s easy enough to transfer to internal when I need.

So for now, I decided to get the Series S to hold me over until Series X stock increases and more readily-available to get. On a different note, the design of this smaller form-factor console looks better than the simpler "all-black" box of the Series X...not a deal breaker but looks better when you have it sitting next to a PS5 for color consistency: white and black.

I would have only got this (i also own a Series X console) because had i known going forward when you put in a game disk you will never press "PLAY" , you will first be "Installing" it, for how ever long that may take, then you can play it. Wether i get them digitally or a physical disk they gotta be downloaded(also the disc downloads are way slower than digitally, by Hours!)

Super quiet console that doesn't take much space. Extra Plus: No external power supply needed. Keep in mind this console does NOT have a CD/DVD/Blue Ray drive. You can only play digital purchased content and anything that is part of "Games with Gold" or Xbox Gamepass. Series X/S optimized games can only be played while they are on the Solid-State Drive - and you only have about 365 GB available of the total 512GB. If you are more than just a casual gamer consider the Series X with 1TB SSD and a CD/DVD/Blue Ray drive. Adding an additional external USB HDD is only good for non-X/S optimized games and for legacy 360 or original xbox games.

You can play in the cloud whenever you want without having to download the games (not ever game is like this but majority are). Which means you’ll have more space on your console. I don’t regret purchasing an Xbox console
