My favorite thing about it has to be its physical specs. So small and incredibly silent & cool. Hooked it up to my 65” Vizio OLED and it’s amazing.

Not worth the hassle

The graphics and the speed are amazing. Games look and play very different from the previous Xbox, and you can tell the difference. However, whenever there is an update, the console seems to have a hard time with integrating the update and freezes the entire console, causing different error screens that I’ve been unable to select options on as the freeze causes the controller not to work. This happens every time with updates to the extend that I’m unplugging everything several times and having to trouble shoot more often than not. I would say this Xbox is not worth the purchase overall as it seems to not be able to do something as simple as update itself without to having to do a hard reset of it, erasing everything on my console and having to re-sign in and re-download everything after I somehow fix it. It’s really disappointing, especially when trying to get help from Best Buy, as they expect you to pay a lot of money for their tech services to even be able to check the problem out. It’s not worth buying, even if the gaming experience is great.

Knew it was hard to find but kept checking everyday. Saw one was available one afternoon and bought it online to pick up in store. Such a smooth process and my son loves it.

My 10 yr old and 6 yr old were so excited to play sports games. Only disappointed that digital is the only way to access games
