Parents this is the device you want for your kid if they are younger than 15. The bigger option series X is more for the older generation. This device is cheaper and plays games like fortnite at the same speed and power as the bigger version X. My only concern is sometimes it heats up after a while but it can easily be avoided if you stand the device up and let it breathe.

I enjoyed everything about using the XS. Enjoyed it so much that I decided to return it for the Series X. I don’t notice much difference between the two but I always buy the highest model.

It play game, play movie, play video, play music. but I be playing Minecraft or rainbow six, two very old games bc games aren’t good anymore

The series s is my spare portable No difference other than storage. The Seagate Ssd card is 219 so for another 80 dollars you get a portable next gen xbox. I will get the seagate since you can use it on both.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great little console the presentation isn’t much different from the one but being able to play the new games and the old ones at a good frame rate is nice. the only downside I can see is the lack of base space to play the series s/x games those need ssd so any external hard drive won’t work only the 220$ memory card Xbox sells can give you more space and with cod or 2k being over 100gb a piece. your gonna need the extra space

We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox Series S. If you're running low on storage, you have a couple of options. As you mention, the best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console.
Another solution is to add a standard external hard drive, which can be used to store and play Xbox 360 and Xbox One games that have not been enhanced for Xbox Series X/S.

I downloaded 5 games, and have only 75gb left maybe better to go for the larger size if you want more games. Also seems to disconnect from Wi-Fi frequently, causing me to have to re-join my Wi-Fi and re-enter my password. Also some elements are very hard for visually impaired people to see. Be prepared to sit closer to the TV if you are visually impaired.

She loves playing her Fortnite game on it. The graphics are amazing, 4K is on point and being able the connect to the 5G wireless network gives her constant epic gaming experience.
