I bought it online and picked it up in stores, since i dont teust shipping electronics but non the less it looked fine at first but when i got home i realized the box had a big dent in it, and i opened it and there was a piece of the shell was broken and you could hear a couple broken pieces rattleing inside of it

The Xbox came in French settings, it was very hard to configure it

Store rep would rather up-sell then manage their electronics area. I went into the store to purchase this item because the online app. When I took the card with the xbox purchase information to the cashier and they told me it wasn't available so he could sell a more expensive bundle.

The game sucks, but i wanted l the system, am glad it was available

Ran into disk reading issues and harddrive issues.

I purchased the xbox diablo for my son in Oct. He opened on Christmas day. He wanted a PS5 and not an xbox. Sorry for your luck. Time to terminste all subscriptions. Never hooked up. Never again.

Well it didn't work was stuck on the loaing screen .Then it will black out . But I had it for a couple of day so I returned it and b BEST BUT GAVE ME A NEW ON . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

You need two different log one and code inputs to play. I have given up and will probably be returning this product as I cannot use it. I will just go back to my old Xbox One

Amazing console and exceeded ally expectations coming from a Xbox One S. Loving the loading speed and how easy it is to pick up games where you last left them. I was also able to order the night before and pick it up next day from best buy!

I’m really enjoying my new Xbox and notice a difference in this one compared to the older version. Plenty of storage and runs all my games amazingly. In addition to that the pickup service was super easy. Definitely would recommend.

Love it loads much faster into online multi player games. It runs a little hot and could help heat a small room. But still love it

its really good the load times are so short and all of the series enhanced games look really good

I would start by saying the performance is great for the Xbox series X. Most know and expect that but the problem is that the controller feels cheap and does not come with a rechargeable battery pack. This is ridiculous seeing as how the PS5 which I also have came with a haptic feedback controller that's rechargeable. It's not a complete deal breaker obviously but shows Microsoft is always being cheap. Aside from that little tidbit I'd recommend more video output options such as 2k and other refresh rates but the Xbox just goes from HD to 4K and not much between. Overall it's a great console but could have been amazing if they would. Just stop being chincy with controllers and cords.

Its all around the best entertainment system. The hud layout is simple and easy to navigate. Its the stronger and faster of the next gen consoles and game pass is just top notch.

My son loves his Xbox so much he plays it as often as we will let him. It is small and not too noticeable. It does give off some heat so just be aware if that. It has very good effects and games to choose from.

Best Buy is my store! The Opelika store has amazing staff. The manager is top notch! The new Xbox is all it says it is and more! Couldn't be happier!
