I am shocked by how much you can do on this console, with emulators being supported by using Dev Mode(which also allows people to develop games without expensive developer hardware), or the hundreds of games Game Pass gives you access to. Not to mention the amazing backwards compatibility it has, supporting all Xbox One games, and almost all Xbox 360 games, which is pretty big for me. Only issue i’ve had is the storage. Although 1TB isn’t insignificant, it fills up super quick with some of the newer games, Call of Duty for example, taking 250GB. The storage expansion sucks on this console unfortunately. Unlike the PS5 where you can simply purchase a normal sized M.2 SSD to expand the storage, here you’re forced to choose ‘licensed’ official memory expansion cards. This wouldn’t be terrible if they didn’t charge significantly more than what they’re worth. 4 years ago the prices of the storage might’ve made sense, but charging $350 for a 2tb SSD in 2024 is criminal, especially when there are no other options.

Load times might be a bit faster but it’s not like the Xbox One X had poor load times, and the graphics are not noticeably better. Cool to be able to say I have one since they are still hard to come by, but not an absolutely necessary upgrade right now if you already have the One X. Also, it can also act as a space heater, it gets very warm, warm air fans out from the top of the unit while in use.

It went so well im doing it again for a second time. The best thing is it saves time an gas instead of driving to store to find out item u want isnt there an going back home wasting gas an time u can check b4 hand make sure item is there an buy it online to guarantee ur trip isnt wasted

A Box That Brings Me Joy

We haven't had this kind of fidelity and frame rate with a gaming console ever so it's a first. If you get the All Access Bundle you get wonderful value here. I recommend buying this if you want the best performing Xbox system, or a Series S if you want to go a little cheaper and compromise on the performance somewhat/ graphical quality. But for the future Series X is 100 percent the right way to go.
