Excellent customer service excellent purchase excellent advice

I haven’t had a Xbox since the 360. Got the game pass and the load times are unbelievable how you can jump from game to game is impressive. Overall I like the ps5 more. But playing overall I enjoy this system.

Awesome console! If you’ve bought most games/media in the Xbox ecosystem you want this. Enjoy!

Great system. I have both a Xbox and PS5 and I like them equally. I think the game pass is better for Xbox and I like how the previous systems controllers work as well. Great update either way

Powerful machine. Very fast and responsive, especially when switching between multiple games at once.

My boys received the Xbox X for Christmas, and there hasn’t been a day that they have not played. The graphics are crisp and vibrant. They’re happy and entertained, so I’m happy to have a bit of me time. :D

I bought this item on sale and so far it is good it is a powerful console and I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love it. Picture is amazing! My last brand new system was a PS2, but have owned used systems like PS3 and XBOX360. Everything I could ever dream of is in this system. Only thing I don't like, is the memory getting filled up by games downloading to the hd. I haven't had time to look to see if I can avoid downloading every game, but I only have a couple physical games, plus the gamepass. I'm a driver so, when I'm home, I play when I can. So that's why I don't have much research done as far as downloading, or other info to share on it. Overall, I can't complain about much of anything. This is a huge upgrade from everything I've had.

It's a big upgrqde over the original Xbox One, it's been a great purchase so far.

My kids are enjoying playing this ever day. They like the idea of free games with the game pass.

Having it for the past 1.5 months and thoroughly loving it. It stands out as a strong next gen console from every aspect. Absolutely loved the quick resume feature which comes as a blessing jumping from game to game. Also the controllers using AA. batteries makes it super easy to go with rechargable batteries rather than need to buy another controller. Only downside is lack of exclusive titles collection to compete with PS

I wanted Ps5 so I stood on line at the in-store purchase day. By the time it was my in line all ps5 were gone so I decided to get the Xbox and I'm not disappointed the game pass is great!
