Great card, but initially bad drivers.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought card, installed card. I didnt realize the fans werent spinning. Researched why, Drivers on the first batch didnt have the upgraded drivers out of the factory. Theres a fix where you restart and completely power off the computer and it will fix itself after about 2-3 restarts. Just download the new bios for the GPU on their website and it should fix it. Ive yet to do it, but it is said to correct it. If you dont youll burn your GPU up at over 100C.

Reasonable performance until the new stuff is avai
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The card is very quiet even when I am pushing it. I run 2 monitors, one at 4K, an ultra widescreen at 3440x1440. I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Blackmagic Resolve. I can scrub and run most effects at full resolution with no problem, however effects with significant pixelation or light flashes definitely slow it down. It rarely crashes and AMD did a good job fixing their drivers. It was an acceptable alternative to the newer cards which seem to be absolutely unavailable for my latest build. Ryzen 9 3950, 64G ram, 2TB NvME, 8 TB SSD, 8TB WD enterprise, MD Radeon RX 5700 XT RAW II 8GB, more

Hot!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this card installed in my custom pc and it sat under my desk but whenever this thing would start cranking up the heat my gosh the whole room would feel like a sauna even with the ac on. I tried adjusting the voltage and fan speed but I think these cards just run hot no matter what you do. I would see constant 90 degree temps and occasionally Id even hit 100+ degrees celcius. Thats literally like a toaster under my desk. Redonkulous. Swapped it out for a 1660 ti and the temps were waaaay better.

Great value, silent.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not a super computer fan right now, nor I have time to write extensive reviews. I just want to say that I didn't have any problems at all so far (2 weeks). Card is very silent, and is pretty cool. I had an R9 290X and it was at least doubling the noise of this card when playing Squad. Also I put the hand over the top fan and air does not come hot, just warm. Didn't have any BSOD or problems with the drivers. But I installed this card on a fresh Windows 10 system. Using it right now on Ubuntu 20.04 also (Dual boot) and no problems yet with the card. The only issue is with the monitor, Asus MG28UQ 4k, that in Windows (not in Ubuntu) when not in game, the screen flickers green, like if the signal is damaged. It could be the cable or the drivers. I am more inclined towards the drivers because it doesn't happen at all in Ubuntu, and as I said, I am using dual boot, so same cable and display. Also the Windows AMD drivers say "Freesync not available" even if my monitor supports it... but again I don't know if it is monitor issue or drivers, or cable. Also this was one of the cheapest 5700 XT cards. In my previous Windows (that I am still having, so kind of a three-boot), I was getting some less FPS in Squad, but in the new Windows I was getting more, and with even more high end graphics setup. So I recommend you all to reinstall Windows if you have it long dated.

Powerful, but too hot
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The card is pretty powerful and has good numbers for the price. However, it runs way too hot, even in my large case with good airflow.

Great for gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had trouble with an RTX 2060 so I exchanged it for the RX 5700 XT since it was only $80 more. I play at 1080p With 144 Hz monitor. Doom eternal stays at around 55-60 FPS at Ultra settings. Very demanding game. Control plays at 55-60 FPS on Max settings. My other titles do hit 144 FPS on max settings. Gpu can run hot so make sure you have good pc case fans.

AMD needs to get it together.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're lucky and don't have any hardware/software conflicts then cheers. This is a great card for the money. Never in my 20 years of building PC's have I had such a rough time with a products drivers. When it was working I was playing Project Cars 2 on 4k with medium/high settings and it looked fantastic. The card is not to noisy or bulky. If you're not sure. check the countless forum post about issues with these cards.

It works, just not well
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What more can I say? It's not a bad product per se, but there's much more to be had. Upon running a game, the temperatures immediately shot up to the mid 80's and the fan speeds went up with it. I had to return it and ended up getting the Sapphire Nitro+ version, which runs much cooler and quieter. Granted, the Nitro+ is roughly $40 more. Conclusion: Is it bad? Not for the price. If you're okay with a rather toasty card and some fan noise, then this shouldn't be a problem for you.

Worked exactly as it's supposed to
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked as designed and matched up to the benchmarks for this card. Unfortunately it wasn't powerful enough for Flight Simulator 2020 in Ultra or High modes so I returned it and I'm now looking for an RTX 30xx series card. This Radeon card worked exactly as it was supposed to though, so it's definitely a 5-star product!

Great GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very good graphics card. For me the only downside is how buggy AMD software is. But that’s not reflective of the card itself.

A GPU for a good price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon opening the product, I could tell that the cooling system for the gpu can handle more than your standard system. You would have a problem having an SLI-style setup in a standard motherboard, but the only way to get more cooling performance would be to liquid cool the system. The card has excellent performance.
