I bought 3 computer parts, the young employee in the computer department was extremely helpful. Two of the parts had to be ordered, and the graphics card was broken upon arrival. I wanted to switch it out, but they were sold out. When they showed in stock online I bought one immediately rather than waiting to process the return. There was a $70 price difference between the two. I mentioned that on a survey such as this and it was refunded promptly. Great service, keep it up!

Fast, quiet when not gaming with zero fan speed, makes Adobe CC, LR and PS much snappierand faster if configured right. Buy one!

I purchased this GPU trying to build out a hackintosh and thought it might be decent... Before installing Mac OS, I decided to try it out in Windows first. I ran DDU to remove older Nvidia and AMD drivers (while in safe mode) and after getting the card running, I was getting a display driver failed to start error... I had to modify the registry to alter the delay timing for the driver and that error went away. Then I ran into another error where the shutting off the monitor made it so the card wouldn't reconnect when powering the monitor on (that's still very much an issue). Of course, my final issue was that the card would get over a 103 C at the GPU Junction while playing Overwatch... I can only imagine how hot it would get playing something really taxing. It actually idles at 62 C and that's double what my old GTX 1080 would idle at, but that card only had one fan! Seriously avoid these XFX cards if you're wanting to go AMD, as this has to be one of the worst cards running this GPU and I can't fathom why Best Buy partners with these guys!

It is a great card, a bit on the cloud side but the price is right. In a side note NO WATER BLOCKS exist for this card.

    Possible Defective Card

Unfortunately I’ve had no such luck with this card. I believe mine is possibly defective as it’s not working properly with mostly all my games. Warzone was working fine before sometimes randomly getting either 120FPS to 60FPS sometimes even 40FPS and now the game just crashes constantly and doesn’t work whatsoever. I’ve tried everything and it’s not working. And by everything I mean everything. I’ve gotten so many errors message that I literally don’t know which one to use to pin point the problem. Overwatch would average 112FPS and worked beautifully at first but now sometimes it gets as worse as 10FPS unless I restart the computer and reboot the game. But even then it doesn’t always work. VR chat constantly is crashing and for some reason the AMD Adrenaline software sometimes doesn’t even register that the GPU is connected. I get an error message telling me so. I will also add that the GPU has been making a weird noise almost like an electronic buzz and pop. I’ve reached out to AMD and they told me to reach out to XFX in regards to warranty but to no avail as of yet. No one has reached out to me after I’ve sent many emails. I purchased this card September 28th but didn’t complete my build until November 3. Starting out it worked perfectly fine and everything was smooth sailing but now it’s December 19th and I’m literally living in a nightmare lol. This is my first build so I’m pretty heart broken that this is happening. I desperately hope to hear from AMD or XFX soon on a warranty replacement or some type of help.

Replaced a different 5700XT that was defective from the factory. This thing is a beast, almost runs 15 degrees cooler than the first model I had and has boost clocks consistently around the 2Ghz mark. Also looks amazing with a clean white LED and a super thick heat sink. Can get a little loud if you push it to the max fan speeds but the large fans move a lot of air and don't wind up all that fast.
