Two bad units in a row
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't write reviews, but I feel that this will help Best Buy, XFX, and other customers. This board would not output any video. My motherboard is a MSI x570 A PRO, with Ryzen 7 3700x. A much older (30 bucks, from six years ago) worked. I exchanged this card for another one. Also same problem. XFX tech support asked if both powers were plugged in, and if both blue LEDS were showing. They were, but video output on monitor was "Input not supported". Best Buy has a nice return policy. I decided to get an MSI 2060 GPU, and it works! XFX graphics card is also pretty long, and covered up the SATA ports on my ATX sized motherboard. Too bad. The specs and price were nice.

Overall, this is an improvement over my last XFX card.
