I run a dual screen set up and my experience with this card was horrible. Really sad to say that because I love AMD's CPU line up, but this graphics card was bad. The RX5700 XT is plagued with problems, skips frames, artifacts, the fan wont turn on from idle until the temp hits 93°C and then it kicks the fans on to high gear to compensate, and wont run video while you're gaming or even if you are trying to do some light browsing in between play time. I returned it and paid the extra money for a 2080 card. Also XFX customer support was decent but it's a known problem about their fans not working properly either and the rep put it off on AMD even though it's clearly a bios setting that needs to be fixed through XFX. If you're going to buy a high end AMD card, probably better to go with msi or asus. But my personal opinion is to skip AMD all together until the radeon software and their board partners get things right the first time.

Immediately after installing the gpu i started having problems. Black screens, freezing, and could not get monitors to work at the correct resolution. When trying to play games the edge temps would be over 110c and eventually the pc would hard crash. I do not recomend this gpu. Watch reviews and get a better card.

If you wanna cook diner in your case and play games on your computer this is the card you want. I read up on it after the fact unfortunately. Here is a quick reference. https://www.extremetech.com/gaming/296577-why-110-degree-temps-are-normal-for-amds-radeon-5700-5700-xt one sentence of the take away is "Operating at "up to 110C" Junction Temperature during typical gaming usage is expected and within spec." My system got up to 115C with 5 fans within 20 min of GW2 , shut it down and came back the next day and my monitor greets me with (no display active) ie she had a thermal meltdown hotter than Chernobyl. Plus just Because your graphics card can handle 110C doesn't mean the rest of the computer parts can or should be I'm glad i bought the protection plan , I am going back to NVIDIA

I love the power it put out but I’ve been dealing with many games being unplayable due to black screens. While this card specifically is much hotter than most at the price point. Even if it’s a bit more, I’d spend it. 50 degree Celsius while idle

Please do yourself a favor and get a better GPU. Wether that’s sapphire or PowerColor are the better versions of the 5700XT . This version overheated and start coil whining whilst playing ES: Oblivion. Out of all games. Do not recommend .

I exchanged a faulty 5700 XT from XFX which was continually crashing for this card, which continually crashes. It will randomly seize up, go to a black screen and freeze my entire computer, or bluescreen. I thought it might just be a driver issue, so I worked on it for a while, and now Best Buy will not let me return it. But hey, at least it doesn't do one of the above crashes almost immediately like my old card did, so that's an improvement, right? Once again, I was a fool for trying to fix it since Best Buy refuses to refund a second faulty card because I took too long. Good job Best Buy, really proving your namesake.

I love this GPU, but it heats that you can cook an egg over it, and the fan started to malfunction. It almost ruined my entire rig because of the heat it brings.

so i purchased this to replace my RTX 2060 super. I had heard that the 5700xt was a fantastic card, and i have to say, this is one of the worst products i have ever purchased. Couldnt run anything. I fire up Assassins Creed Odyssey, (which is optimized for AMD) and get HEAVY artifacting, and the sky turns a dark green color, just before crashing. Call of duty, couldnt even get into a single game. as soon as it loads in, crash. I put back in my 2060 and reinstall all the drivers, i can play my games again.

These cards are not stable. At least not this one. I just tried this in 2 different computers with the same results. Random black screen and then crash to desktop. XFX support told me to do a BIOS update and sent me the link. After doing that the card is better but still not stable. Random crash to desktop in multiple games on multiple computers. When I put my old Vega 56 card back in my system returns to a stable condition with no lock ups and the 56 card requires more of a power draw so I know its not that.

I normally don't write reviews unless something is really bad. Every time I decide to try AMD (go team Green!), it's a mistake. They simply don't know how to make graphics cards. This one is no exception. Can't play most games on standard settings or it will freeze your entire system. Undervolting will allow for a more stable game session, but why pay $400 just to undervolt it? This card has a very unstable factory overclock. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Returned this card just two days after opening it.
