Customers value the AMD Radeon RX 580 GTS Black Edition 8GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card for its strong performance, especially at 1080p resolution, and its competitive price. Many appreciate the ease of installation and the generally quiet operation, although some users noted higher than expected temperatures and a larger-than-anticipated size. Positive feedback also highlights the high frame rates achieved in gaming. However, a few users mentioned higher-than-expected power consumption.

Over payed due to shortage but needed a new gpu. Rx 580 still has amazing performance in 2021. Able to run all my games at 1080p high or ultra settings at 60+ so I'm not mad that I over paid

The performance of this card for 1080p gaming is good, but it is WAY OVERPRICED. I bought this same card in 2018 for $220, literally half of its cost!

Pretty good card for 1080p60 and 1440p60 on some titles. I got it for around $200, but due to the price of it now I can’t recommend it, not that you’ll be able to get ahold of one at the moment.

I’ve been using this card for about a year. I have had zero problems with it as I run games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 at ultra settings. I also do high end video editing with no issues.

Great card. Don't expect 2020/2021 levels of graphics card performance. This does about 2020 console levels of gaming though. Would work great as a living room pc I assume("console" pc or theatre night).

For someone on a budget you can’t beat this graphics card. If you have the available funds there are better cards out there but it will cost you a few hundred more.

A little wonky upon initial install. All drivers/software must be downloaded. The first couple of reboots scared me, but once the behind the scenes adjustments made - works like a champ. Can't beat it for the money...

For some reason, it doesn't really let me overclock without crashing. It does run well on modern games like Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, and Cyberpunk 2077.

I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a GPU so I opted for the RX 580. Even though there are many newer cards out, this thing still performs. I am able to play all of my favorite games without issue. I am really happy with this card.

I purchased the XFX RX 580 and installed in my new T%hreadripper build. The XFX RX 580 worked so well, I bought a second XFX RX 580 card as this machine can and will perform any task from video editing, rendering , to gaming. YEP, I SAID GAMING.

Great graphics card for the value. I get 100+ FPS on all AAA titles I play. Combined with a Ryzen 3700x and an MSI B550 Gaming Plus motherboard. Perfect for any gaming pc in the mid range build category.

This is a great graphics card when playing on a monitor no greater than 2K or 1440p resolution. But it really shines it's when you use a high frame monitor on 1080p. Gaming on the settings is a very enjoyable experience at high frames

Bought this card as an upgrade from a GTX 670 2g. I was all kinds of excited after reading all the reviews, checking out benchmarks, and knowing I wouldn't be running any 4k monitors for the next couple years. Installed this card in my system, downloaded drivers, installed all the AMD software and started gaming. Worked great until I was about 15 minutes into a game and my system crashed. Booted back to bios and realized my system temp was resting in the high 80's. Did some google searching the next day to find out I missed the detail about AMD cards running warm. To counter this I adjusted my fan curves more aggressively and went back to business as normal. Until my system crashed again. I contacted BB and was told to check with the manufacturer. So I contacted XFX to see what I could do. They recommended aggressive fan curves (in my case 3 Arctic F120 exhaust fans and 2 Arctic F140 intake fans installed and on the GPU), undervolt, underclock or attach aftermarket cooling solution. I tried more aggressive fan curves, undervolting and underclocking the card and still could not get this thing to idle below 80c. Contacted XFX again and was told adjust fan curves, undervolt, underclock, and I could reapply thermal paste. At this point, my pc sounded like a jet taking off (with my fans maxed out I can move about 200cfm in and 210cfm out in an mATX case) and my patience with this card was wearing a bit thin. I returned the silicone lottery fail to BB, and bought a GTX 1660ti. This card was just way too much work and headache for what should have been a basic plug and play. I don't want to say this card was horrible, I was getting above 75fps during gameplay. Mine may have been a solid silicone lottery fail. You can make the choice on if you want to tinker with settings before you get a card that runs as it should out of the box.

Bought for a small desktop, but was still too big. Save the $$ and buy a 5600/5700 GPU. Same size, little more $$$ but much, MUCH faster.

It’s a big graphics card and takes a lot of space in the slot. The install was a little frustrating until I read a comment by someone that said to install the windows driver first.

Runs hot! And the fans can get loud! However you can get you 60 FPS on most games on very high or max setting ( I’ve been tweeking the voltage to bring down temps)

I have a ryzen 5 cpu running with this gpu and on the radeon settings, it says I have room to upgrade the cpu without upgrading the gpu. If your lucky you can get it 60 dollars off on sale and you will have a beast computer.

Great card for the budget friendly consumer. It can handle moderate gaming on most AAA on high to max settings. Averaging 50-80fps maxed out setting on everything I play.
