Subwoofer is a little weak, the other speakers arent even necessarily surround sound because they can go in any placement, meaning they have no distinction between the "surround speakers" or the "front speakers". They are all the same. Very lightweight speakers also, might I add.

Better than a sound bar

Sound is fantastic. I don't need the rear speakers for my room so the front speakers and subwoofer get the job done.

I have had a similar Yamaha system for the last ten years and the new features on this system are useful.

Great system for Average size room

The only complaint I have is the audio cord that connects the receiver to the television does not come with it this must be purchased separately.

Great sound system for small media room.

Sound is great and subwoofer produces nice bass. The front and rear speakers produce clear 5.1 surround sound.
